    Best Time at El Cid

    My family and friends had such a nice time at El Cid. We go every year and it is always so exciting and brings us all good memories. The staff onsite are incredibly nice and inviting. I really enjoy the lobby bar at night before/after dinner, Ivan Corona has been a great server over the years and he always goes above and beyond expectations. He’s the best server and I’m so glad he is there.

    El CID Lobby Bar

    Ivan Corona is my favorite waiter in the lobby. There are many other waiters in the lobby bar however Ivan stands out. Ivan was dropping off drinks as soon as they were requested and completing this task for many different groups at once. 5 star

    Ivan Corona Lobby Bar Mazatlan 🤗💕🏖️

    Ivan Corona is the best server at the Lobby Bar Mazatlan. He is familia now. So friendly and remembers us every time. We are always greeted with a great smile and hugs. We will always look for Ivan and his infectious smile. Love Ivan and love the atmosphere.

    LOVE LOVE LOVE! Been here 10 years and will be back again!

    El CID Castilla has always provided ABOVE AND BEYOND service!! We have been coming here for 10 years and absolutely love it here! Such a wonderful place for families or even couples! We will be sure to keep coming back❤️❤️❤️. Recommend if you want a relaxing vacation!

    Relax or Read and Repeat

    Tucked away from the busy beach and pool area (accessible by pedway) we love the Granada. Our room is clean and comfortable. The warm pool is relaxing without the loud music and energetic activities. The staff here treat you like family. They work hard at their jobs and do it with a smile n their face always offering a happy greeting anytime of the day or evening. The entire staff deserves recognition for their service to guests. Thanks Manager Daniel and ALL who work at the Granada.
