What a fabulous resort. Food, service, my pillow ❤️ Marco is the best resort entertainment coordinator and does such a fabulous job. Ana on the right side of the resort keep the beverages flowing and everyone was so friendly. The Mexican night was so well put together from the food to entertainment. We will Come back

Best trip ever!
We had a wonderful time! Kevin, Marco, Osvaldo, Alex and Dj Cris and everyone was wonderful. The best place we’ve ever been. The restaurants were the best we have ever had in the beach is the most beautiful place we have ever seen. The service is very quick and they pay attention to every detail.

Paradise in the Caribbean
This is the most relaxing five star resort we have ever been to. Like all Eldorado resorts the staff is amazing and very welcoming and polite. The resort is impeccable in every way possible. It is probably the most beautiful beach we have ever seen and been on. The restaurants and food were all five star food and service. Our personal butler was phenomenal and responsive to all our needs. Loved our room and our personal pool. It was well stocked and serviced daily.

Everything was awesome. The bartender Gustavo at Rick’s bar is absolutely the best., very tentative to all of the customers even when the bar is busy. He will take several orders at a time to keep things moving. Always a smile on his face . If he runs out of a liquor or beer he will try to replenish it for his cu

Great service, great food in the restaurants, entertainment staff were super friendly.
Overall experience was great, very relaxing and very nice beach. All of the staff were super friendly and accommodating. The entertainment staff, Kevin, Chris, Marco, Osvaldo and Alex were super friendly and they had different activities throughout the day, If you wanted to be involved. top shelf liquor in the bars.with great bar service from Gustavo, Misel, Daniel, Fransico, and yari. The waiters were great as well, very friendly and fabulous service such as Antonio and Andreas. Awesome food from Chef Luis. Taqueria was very good 😊 as well. Marco in the spa was great!
