We love coming here. Relaxing on the gorgeous beach or partaking in the many activities that are available. Special thanks to the entertainment crew - Osvaldo, Jerik, Mauricio, Alex, Marlon, and DJ Chris!! Thanks y’all for keeping us entertained with such a variety of activities - something for everyone 🥰🤩

Overall, a fabulous, clean and relaxing resort
Beautiful resort, great food and service. Beach was also super, it was all around, very relaxing. Hats off especially to Jesus at Mio, Arturio at Papitos, Denise at Lima Limon, Betsy and Fabian at the small pool bar, Anna at the beach bar (with the swings), and finally our fabulous concierge Citlali. The Head chef, Alfonso, was also very visible and totally approachable throughout the resort, that made us feel like he cared about what was being served. The only thing we would have like to have seen is a buffet at breakfast and perhaps lunch. We like a variety, not just a la carte, although the service staff was very accommodating us in changing up dishes to our taste. A good cup of decaf coffee is also a must for us.

Birthday and Anniversary Group Celebration - Great Memories and Experiences
Want to give a shout out to the excellent activities staff at El Dorado Maroma. Osvaldo, Jerik, Mauricio, Marlon, and Alex played volleyball with us throughout the week. Alex played competitive ping pong with me. Osvaldo gave us Latin dance lessons. Osvaldo and DJ Chris stayed up late doing Karaoke with us and making it fun. And they all participated in the pool foam party and made it a lot of fun. They do a great job interacting with guests, learning our names and personalities, cutting up and having fun. Thanks so much for your excellent customer service and helping make our vacation a memorable experience. Entire staff is wonderful from check in, restaurants, pool bars, room service, cleaning staff, concierge, beach butler, Henri the bellman, grounds keeping, etc. The beautiful beach, nice restaurants, nice rooms, and friendly staff keep us coming back. Truly feels like coming back to our vacation home.

Perfect every time

Quiet couple’s getaway in paradise
Resort: small resort and beautiful manicured grounds with unique plant displays, everything easy to walk to. Well-kept clean and lovely beach, Emmanuel as kind life- guard, comfy palapas, excellent beach service by Karen and Israel! Beautiful chapel for contemplation! Rooms: Junior suite with hot tub, patio and attentive housekeeping with nightly turndown service. Concierge: Javier was a delight! No pressure, helped coordinate all our days! Activities: high quality crafts (Alex was great!), yoga or pool classes, dance lessons, nightly entertainment- and then quiet by 10pm. Perfection! Fabulous silent party night, Mexican traditions night, Latin band and fire show on the beach. Jerik was our awesome daily dance teacher, and Merlon and Felipe had amazing dance tips and spontaneous lessons! Restaurants: Mexican, Mediterranean, Asian and Italian. Delicious options and thoughtful presentations! Jesus, Arturo, Angel, Nahin and so many others…your engaging service enhanced our evenings every time! Thank you for allowing us to practice our Spanish!🙏🏽. The Ice cream/coffee shop is perfect for AM or PM delight! Excursions: we visited the Eco and rescue ranch - a heartwarming place with senote for a swim, not far from hotel. Learn about trees of Mexico, special bees and the stories of the rescued creatures, do a horse ride if desired. Ambience: No crowds! So quiet. Relaxing. Relational: staff and guests learn names of each other. Ample enjoyment of natural beauty and kindness of the sincere staff!
