    Making sahumerios

    Making sahumerios with Luis - such a fun and insightful activity. Luis shared his knowledge of the herbs we used and their uses. A great historian on the Mayan culture. Angel, Mariana and Gabriela from the spa were all so friendly and knowledgeable as well.

    Will be coming back for sure!!!

    From the grounds, the food, the activities, the amenities and the AMAZING staff, we could not have had a better time! Shout out to the entertainment crew, Luis, Benjamin and Audriana! Silent disco and Zumba on the beach are a MUST. We can not wait to go back!

    The grounds are absolutely stunning, the restaurants and bars are phenomenal, and the activities offered on the resort are second to none. Luis and Arianna bring the energy everyday so the fun never ends. You won't regret choosing this resort for your next vacation.

    Best staff!

    Thanks to Luis in entertainment we had a fabulous time. He always brought the energy to make all the events wonderful. Also a shout out to Lizbeth and Veronica our pool waitresses for always being there ready to take our order! Grounds and rooms clean and well maintained.

    Beautiful and fun resort

    We stayed on the Palms side of the hotel through TUI, and had the most amazing time. The resort is beautiful, the grounds are extremely looked after and you can see hard working staff out every morning making sure the place looks spotless. The rooms are so spacious and tidy, beds are super comfy and we got very lucky with a beautiful view of the beach from our balcony. Food options are plenty and even when we were told we’d have to wait for a table for an hour it only ended up being 20 minutes which we spent enjoying the great cocktails outside the lobby. We spent majority of our days by the activities pool and our stay was absolutely made by the different things we could get involved in - from AquaFit with Adriana, to quizzes, beach volleyball, waterpolo and the crazy game run by Luis, Benjamin, Luana and Maria - they really made our stay so incredibly fun and special. The team go above and beyond to ensure everyone is having fun and getting involved! I would highly recommend this hotel and thank you to the entertainment team again! I’d
