    Will spend more for the type of atmosphere I want.

    The staff were very nice however many answers were: *!We don't have towels for the room they are washing or drying. *We don't have beach towels * we don't have coffee creamer liquid, only powdered *on check in room not ready due to towels not dry. Could not give them damp to dry in the room, so we waited in the lobby. *On the beach locals set up business for boats, jet skis which is ok. Locality too close to the beach chairs, very noisy. The appearance is in my opinion they looked a hot mess with sagging pants profanity and of course the scent of weed(not against the law). Could not tell the difference from locals in the beach or entrepreneurs making a living. Business would be more attractive if beach staff wore a type of uniform , would look more professional.

    Not the Best...

    Good location to the airport and that's about it...terrible customer service...it was a bother to the staff that I stayed at their hotel...very unfriendly and not caring...

    Not Worth It

    We were on an NCL cruise excursion on February 11, 2025 and having been to other popular beaches in St Thomas and St John decided to go on a beach day offered by NCL. Emerald Beach was such a disappointment and sadly a wasted day and money. The property is poorly maintained, the beach chairs and umbrellas need replaced, we received our food order about an hour before we were to leave and they were out of Diet Coke and Cole slaw. The server didn’t even remember our drinks until we asked where they were. There are many beautiful beaches to visit such as Sapphire Beach, Megan’s Bay and Trunk Bay just to name a few. I spoke with a representative at NCL’s excursion desk and he said they haven’t had any complaints on this excursion. We are Platinum customers of NCL and you can trust our opinion. This beach is not how you want to spend a precious day in St Thomas.

    Lovely room and great location for us.

    Right across the street from the airport, which is great for making it to your flight. Very few flights after dark so easy to sleep. Comfy room with GREAT AC. Lovely beach and tasty food and drinks. No elevator to upper floors, if that matters to you. Away from the night life of downtown, which was desirable for us.

    Royal Caribbean’s beach excursion

    This was an excursion with RC. Terrible….beach is small, near a homeless encampment and reeks of marijuana ! Food and drinks are are available but they ran out of most everything we wanted. You are dropped off next to the hotel and hike to beach thru some sketchy crap. Beach chairs are worn out…hard pass going forward …
