Very pleased with the hotel, excellent service, I like the shows, the drinks and the food. The animation team is very good (Alexander and Pablo) they are always happy and always dancing. The foam party was very good, the head of animation is doing his job very well, congratulations

******Alexander in the Animation team is the best!! ******* Lots of fun and always happy The room is very nice and the cleaning crew are the best. .The a la carte restaurant are very good (Italian, Mexican and Dominican) The place is small, very cozy and clean

Emotions hotel
I'm here with all my friends and my partner, I'm very happy to be here, the food is very good, the beer too hahaha. I want to come back a thousand more times (Alexander from the animation team is very good) when you come here look for him, you're going to have fun

We were two couples that spent a wonderful week at this resort. Staff were outstanding. Special thanks and mention for Chemi at Oak and Yelissa at multi restaurant waitress. Very friendly and accommodating staff all around: Junior multi restaurants waitor, Samuel at the Beach Bar, Victor at the Buffet, Jinette at Buffet, July at Buffet, Nelly for animation, Rolando at the Buffet, Emely at the Reception, Ruben at the Reception and many more. The food was excellent from the buffet to the 'a la carte' restaurants. We were there in early November, and the weather was a mix of everything, but we knew that was a possibility going at that time of year. We had a great time none the less. Also did a Puerto Plata tour via beach vendor 'Hector' and driver 'Narciso' which was worth it. Excellent week all around!

Great vacation, participated in lots of fun activities, enjoyed it.
Location is excellent, price reasonable, staff friendly and excellent, they speak English, Spanish, easy to understand. Alexander one of the staff and entertainer is excellent. We visited the town, city, drivers were excellent. Beach is excellent, all staff were just friendly and great. We had a wonderful time.
