    Great!

    Very beautiful hotel with excelent garden and nice beach, many fresh fruits and vegetables, good drinks alkohol and non alkohol. Concierge Sofia is helpful with everything also Valmer who work on the restaurant. All stuff is extremely nice. You have to try Nativo restaurant offer. The one disadvantage is the English level. Please improve it. Thank you for the great 2 weeks stary.

    Desperate needs of renovation and customer care training

    We booked a family holiday , four nights at this resort all inclusive the location is good and the layout and infrastructure of the resort has potential however, bedroom despite being spacious are in need of renovation specifically the bathroom, which look old and shabby as well as the bedroom that hasn’t seen any interior decorator for ages For the air conditioning system is one of back of the 1960s to top it up the service care and attention to guests has been the worst with experience in all our travel to Colombia. Customer account displayed in this hotel is far from being what you can experience anywhere else I would not recommend.

    One of the most highly regarded hotels in Cartagena, Colombia. This family-friendly establishment offers a relaxing and personalized experience with attentive and lively staff. It is one of the best hotels I have encountered in Cartagena, and the Christmas event is particularly noteworthy. Furthermore, the establishment boasts exceptional amenities and ample greenery, while the culinary offerings are highly regarded for their delectable quality.

    Great building bad experience

    The hotel is beautiful as the infrastructure, it has 2 pools and surrounded by an amazing nature. The point is that I felt the hotel is not client centered because it’s more focused on low cost experience. There is just one towel delivery point for the all hotel and you need to walk across to get one or even to give it back. It announce all inclusive even liquor but liquor they use is low quality and you will suffer headache for the rest of day. Even being in the beach you need to go back to the main bar to get a coke or a cocktail. The breakfast is not as you would expect and it’s not possible to get the typical desayuno costeño: no carimañolas, no arepa de huevo and it’s filled with cheap amenities as packed marmalade, syrup, salt and pepper. In our room, the AA didn’t worked properly neither the fridge. Despite this most of the staff is great and they are always wiling to give the best experience to the client.
