    Terrible management

    They overbooked the hotel, so when we arrived for our reservation they sent us to a different hotel in a terrible location, away from everything, not am area to walk from. This is unacceptable! Very bad experience! Just terrible! Need to manage hotel better.

    Clean, comfortable hotel, nice staff and location

    We love our stay at Estrada hotel! Perfect location, clean, comfortable room, AC, hot shower, delicious breakfast, and the nicest friendly staff! Skarlet was so helpful ! And everyone else, I am just sorry I didn’t ask for their names! Definitely recommend it! We stayed at the loft!

    A Beautiful Hotel Experience in Granada.

    The location of the hotel is excellent. Right in the Old Town one block from the main square. Everything is walkable. The hotel was very clean and the service was excellent. It only has 7 rooms which all face into the central courtyard as is customary in the old city or Granada. The full breakfast which was included was superb. The hotel's concierge Skarlet was unbelievable. She was available for anything we needed at all times of the day and night as well as on her days off - what dedication! She helped us with transportation and advice on the town and even sent her husband to Driver us somewhere when we decided to change our plans at the last moment. We enjoyed our stay in Granada and at the hotel and highly recommend the experience.

    This is the Place !

    I found this gem of a,place online and I was not disappointed. The rooms are nice ,spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff was ver acomadating and very friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant served very high quality food and the drinks were exceptionally well. But ,I cannot say enough about the staff and how attentive they are .

    Stunning and Beautiful Hotel!

    This hotel was the best I’ve stayed at in a long time! The decor and the finishings are stunning. We were so happy to be able to spend some time here. The room was beautiful and just an fyi re the comment that someone couldn’t get in after hours…. we went out very late every night we were there and the security guard was there every single time we approached the gate. We very much enjoyed this stay and we will be back!!
