    Amazing resort with invaluable staff!

    My husband and I had such a wonderful time. The folks we encountered at the front desk, market, restaurants, and valet were helpful and extremely friendly. We had a minor issue with a housekeeping item, and they fixed it immediately and apologized. We couldn’t be happier. This is a fantastic resort in a beautiful area.

    Luxury and outstanding hospitaloty

    Large hotel but staff makes you feel seen. The friendliness is awesome. That includes housekeeping, checkin, food service and valet parking attendants. Suites are very large and tasteful. Lots of bathroom and shower amenities. Love the use of reusable water bottles and bottle filling stations. Pools are terrific, and the beach is a great option. Also love the paved walking/jogging trails running along the beach side connecting all the properties.

    100% pure satisfaction!

    We had the VERY BEST time here at the Fairmont! I'm not sure what was better, the resort itself? Or the staff? All was just amazing. We just had an exceptional time and very likely THE MOST PLUSH and BEAUTIFUL RESORT we've ever visited! The ocean was so close, we actually just had to upgrade our room to get even closer to the ocean, the villas had their own pool too! Special shout out to Tara and Ronnie and Nick who assisted us with the upgrade! NICEST ALOHA SPIRIT! We are definitely coming back soon! Hopefully spring of 2026!

    Favorite place in the world

    We have been coming to the Kea Lani for 20 years. This is our go to vacation spot. Our 4 children have grown up here. There is no better hotel in Maui and I hope to keep coming back for the next 20 years! This hotel never disappoints. We have been fortunate to travel the world as a family, but we always make it a point to come here at least once a year. Cannot recommend this place more, it’s the best!!!
