The Fairmont Orchid and Island Breeze Productions announce a partnership that combine the Big Island’s finest cuisine with its most spectacular Polynesian production.
Every Saturday, guests are invited to gather for an evening that begins under the stars dining on culinary treasures from Hawai’i, Tahiti, New Zealand and Samoa on the beautiful grounds of The Fairmont Orchid at Plantation Estates.
Using a fusion of both traditional Polynesian and modern dance choreography, the dancers of Island Breeze retell the story of the settlement of the Pacific. Displayed in its fullness is the mana (power) of the ali’i (chiefs) and how each would be forever linked to the one star that guided them.

We got married at the Fairmont Orchid in February 2025. Absolutely amazing event with excellent service by our coordinator on-site, Yvette. She made our day and week extra special 💗. The grounds are immaculate! Great beach area with lounge chairs and perfect spot for a little lagoon snorkeling. Brown's Beachouse Restaurant is amazing! Great food and perfect ambiance. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Family time!
Staff went above and beyond to help us out. We booked very last minute and they helped make our trip a great one! Loved the water bottles and water stations! Beds are always so comfortable and the rooms are great. Food and drinks are always fantastic and we had a ton of fun in the pool!

Orchid surfing experience
Surfing was great, Noah was outstanding. You better be fit. Love surfing even though I’m not so great at it. Thanks. I’ll be back as soon as I can. The surf and the swells were challenging for me but the staff provided excellent advice and guidance.

Beach desk and SUP surfing with Elijah. Had a great time out SUP surfing with Elijah as my guide. He got me oriented to the spot
Elijah got me in the right spot. Gave me a heads up when the good set was coming. Had a great time. Scored seven nice rides and had a lot of fun. Went back and did it again 2 Days later. The entire staff at the beach desk was super helpful and friendly all week.

Last day in Hawaii with Spa day
Wow wow wow! The best facial I’ve ever had! Lisa was so informative the entire time, explaining what she was doing and what was going on my face. She examined my face under light before doing anything and made recommendations explaining and answering all my questions. My skin is shining and feels so soft. The staff was friendly and kind. Kayla was so sweet. We used the spa all day going in and out as it was our last day on the island, so used all the spa amenities to freshen up prior to travel. Thank you for making our last day relaxing and easy! Mahalo!
