    Relaxation and Wedding Fun!!!

    Overall, a great stay. We enjoyed our week there with both getting in some relaxation and celebrating our friend's wedding. We really enjoyed the beach each day, and we had great service from Omar while relaxing at the beach each day.

    Grand Palladium swim up bar is where it’s at !

    We were impressed with Israel, Javier, Hugo, Neftali, Lizbot at the swim up bar. These guys go above and beyond to impress us and changed any drinks we wanted as well as made us stuff we suggested. Cool folks! The GP side is better than TRS as far as staff.

    Excellent experience!

    An absolutely spectacular experience! We did the paddle activity with one of the hotel’s animators, Alan, who made it even more enjoyable. We had a fantastic time exploring the hotel’s beautiful lake in a fun and relaxing way. We will definitely be back at the first opportunity!

    The best vacation!

    The whole trip was amazing! The food was delicious, the hotel was simply amazing! It was a group of 10 of us with 4 kids and everyone had a great time. Dionisio was absolutely amazing and took such great care of us every single day. This will be our new vacation spot every year!

    Best place!!

    Dioniso at the pool was amazing! Make sure to ask for him!!! Incredible service!!! Attentive to our entire family and we never went without food or drink. We will be back soon. We found our home anyway from home and can't wait to return with our family.
