    Quick stay, Great Service

    Was only passing through for one night. The staff was very welcoming and made me feel special. Appreciated the hand written welcome note and small chocolates. The on site restaurant and drinks were above average as well. I would definitely stay here on my next trip.

    Wonderful experience

    Excellent service, delicious breakfast and great Alejandro at the reception! The position is perfect between the airport and the centre, the structure and the rooms are really confortable. We had a wonderful time here in Four Points and we hope to come back.

    Great Experience for a Platinum Traveler

    My 10th time in Cancun with my most recent stays being with Marriott. This is my first time at Four Points by Sheraton and we are really impressed. Our reception by Alejandro was the best. We arrived early and he literally bent over backwards to get us a room. House keeping was great with Ms. Yeli taking care of us. Room temperature was excellent and the rooms provide ample space for storage. The king size bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was great. Every day something different to add to the eggs and sausage or bacon. We were treated well by all of the staff but especially by Ms. Elisa, Sergio, Gerardo and Henry. In summary: We are coming back!!

    It was great!

    Really enjoyed the stay! The guys at the front desk were great and very helpful. The rooms were cleaned every single day and never had to ask. I really loved the pool here as well. Both of the restaurants were great and they have wonderful food.

    Staff was super helpful, Very nice, clean awesome infinity pool with bar, workout facility and steam room, located 15 minutes from the hotel district, Short 10 minute ride from the airport, Two restaurants on location, atm, accommodation for Bonvoy members
