    Cabana’s location near the beach and between two pool areas makes it a popular daytime destination for sunbathers and swimmers. The restaurant includes a sit-down bar.

    Cabana offers a wide variety of culinary delights under the headings Share It, Toss It and Fire It, highlighting delicious appetizers to share, salads and wood-fired pizza along with a great selection of delicious burgers and sandwiches. A must on the lunch menu are the ahi tuna tacos served with wasabi mayo and sesame seeds. Cleanse your palate with our delicious selection of ice creams and sorbets after lunch.

  • Coral Grill

    An upbeat restaurant featuring fresh seafood and exquisite cuts of meat, the Coral Grill is located upstairs in the Great House and offers a commanding view of the Caribbean Sea. 

    Enjoy perfectly grilled fish following the wagyu beef tenderloin carpaccio or crispy cracked conch, or go local with a Nevisian jerk chicken dish. On Saturdays and Sundays, the restaurant features a prime rib night special (seasonal). This signature special includes jerk seasoned Creekstone Farms prime rib of beef with sweet potato mash, haricot vert & coconut, a sea salted popover and homemade Coral Grill steak sauce.

  • Crowned Rum Monkey
    Taking its name from Nevis’ mischievous ambassadors, the Green Vervet monkey, the new crowned monkey RUM BAR boasts the finest rums and spirits from around the world. Pull up to the bar for pre-dinner cocktails, light bites and charcuterie, indulge in lively late night happy hour or sit back on the Great
    House Terrace for a moonlit nightcap with a fine-aged rum and cigar.

    As the heartbeat of our Resort, the new EsQuilina spans influences from the Coastal Mediterranean to the Caribbean, delighting guests in a culinary
    journey that is rich in history and culture as well as tastes and flavors. The restaurant offers a bustling and interactive breakfast buffet featuring fresh tropical juices and smoothies, omelet station, fresh baked pastries and more, as well as a la carte, locally-inspired creations like Nevis Avocado Toast and Salt Fish Eggs Benedict. In the evening, the Mediterranean-inspired dinner menu is highlighted by a giant crudo bar with raw seafood, burratas and charcuterie, fresh fish grilled in a wood fire and more regional delights like the Honey Parmesan Truffle Kataifi, Whole
    Roasted Branzino and house made pastas.

    The Kastawey Beach Bar offers a casual toes-in-the-sand beach setting near the Reflections Pool. Kastawey is a hideaway to enjoy the Caribbean afternoon or take in a breathtaking sunset, capturing the joyful spirit yet
    serene essence of Nevis. Play dominoes or relax in a hammock or beach chair. The beach bar serves signature cocktails and delicious beachside bites.

    A short stroll down the beach is the waterfront Mango restaurant, featuring a colorful modern Caribbean menu in an al fresco environment. With
    spectacular views of St. Kitts and the Caribbean Sea, Mango is also a perfect spot to catch a spectacular Nevis sunset. Mango, the Resort’s open-air and waterfront restaurant, features Caribbean Rim Cuisine and the 101 Rums Bar. With spectacular views of St. Kitts across the Caribbean Sea, Mango is also a perfect spot to catch a spectacular Nevis sunset.

  • Ocean Terrace

    Located off the Great House and Library Bar, this al fresco restaurant in Nevis features rustic Italian classics with a tropical twist. With dishes ranging from calamari fritti to potato and caramelized onion ciabatta, spiny lobster risotto, and pineapple carpaccio, Ocean Terrace offers guests a taste of Italy under the Caribbean stars. Leading the eclectic cocktail menu are a variety of wines, mixology specials ranging from the Aperol Mojito to the Spicy Island Turtle rum cocktail, and signature sangrias including the Red Flamboyant, White Mango and Sparkling Tamarind.

    Steps from pretty Pinney's Beach, this free-form, infinity-edge pool is perfect for guests seeking quiet relaxation. Take a dip in the pool and then relax those muscles in the poolside hot tub. Beverage service, complimentary spritz and cold, scented towels help guests feel refreshed
    Reflection Pool
    The tranquil Reflection Pool is surrounded by a heart-shaped teak deck and features its own lap lane.     Join Lemuel and Paulette Pemberton on a casual afternoon stroll to see the monkeys of Nevis in their natural forest habitat. Learn about the history of Nevis and the traditional and medicinal uses of the plants that proliferate along the trails while you enjoy stunning views of the coastal plain and across the sea to the islands of Redonda, Montserrat and Antigua. (Approximately 90 minutes.)

    Hermitage Stables has horses available for English-style rides seven days a week. Please note that riding is not available on rainy days, or on days when the stable is involved with horse racing, and advance booking for trail rides is encouraged.

    Join Reggie for an experience to remember as you explore the scenic coastline of Nevis, with Mount Nevis providing a spectacular backdrop. Let us guide you to hidden snorkeling spots and warm-water volcanic vents before we treat you to local fruits, pastries and refreshments as we picnic on a tranquil local beach. This tour is suitable for all ages and experience levels. As we kayak to our destination, we will enjoy a leisurely pace and numerous opportunities to rest.

    Snorkel Safari
    This snorkel journey includes full snorkel gear, a guided tour of the reef with a certified dive master, and refreshments. First-time snorkellers are welcome. Power boats are fully equipped with required safety gear and VHF radio. Easy water entry and exit makes this tour great for all ages. (Half-day – 3 hours.)
