  Our 2nd time at the Ocean Club

  This is our second stay at the Ocean Club and we absolutely love it. We always come during the Thanksgiving break, and it’s usually less crowded. At check-in we were upgraded thanks to my Gold status. From start to finish the staff takes great care of you. The property has multiple pools, a spa, a restaurant, a gym, etc. The rooms are large and well-equipped, with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, iron, and a living room. They also set up a WhatsApp group for us, so every request, from a boat tour to room service and spa was handled quickly there. The food and breakfast at the restaurant were excellent. I really can’t think of any downside, maybe the restaurant and drinks are priced a bit high, but overall everything was perfect, especially the staff. We’ll definitely be back next year.

  Excellent service at a Beautiful Resort

  We just got back from 4 days in a 3-bedroom oceanfront suite at the Ocean Club. The service was excellent and the staff were very pleasant, which greatly enhanced our stay. When my Mom was bothered by the jute rug in her room, they had it removed immediately. Agustina was the most lovely concierge, and my mom and I were delighted by the snorkelling tour that she arranged for us right from their beach. The restaurant was very pricey, but there are a lot of great restaurants within walking distance and we felt pretty safe the entire time. The resort itself is lovely and it was a beautiful, short holiday.

  An experience of a lifetime!

  Hands down the best stay of a lifetime! One of the most amazing properties I have stayed at within the Bonvoy collection of brands. From the minute we arrived we were treated like we were the only ones in the resort. The check in process is very personable and the attention to detail is incredible. The staff at check in make sure your every need is met; no matter what. You are given a tour of the property personally and your room is toured with a client services member to make sure everything is up to your satisfaction. Throughout your stay you will be greeted and cared for by everyone. The many wonderful client services individuals are there for you throughout your stay. From our many requests, none was to big and every desire was met. From extra towels, to planning an anniversary surprise, to arranging fun activities. One of the most special memories was when our client services specialist met us at breakfast to ensure our stay was up to the highest standards. Overall, I personally could not recommend this property more highly. We said last night, if it was an option we would live here. In all, this property has better service than a Ritz Carlton or JW Marriott. I would rather stay here than any other luxury hotel in the world. In closing, a sincere thank you to than many wonderful individuals that bring this resort to life and focus on guest satisfaction. Your hard work is/was appreciated and noticed.   Truly is Fine Resort and Stay

  I honestly have to say The Ocean Club, is my favorite Hotel stay when visiting the Dominican Republic. The staff goes beyond to make sure feel welcomed. Thanks to all and thanks to Amex for recommending this Fine Resort and Stay Hotel
