My Worst Experience Ever
This hotel has no sunlight anymore. A big building id being constructed by the pool and the whole pool is covered by shadow for most of the day. Crazy enough that building shadows the beach for the afternoon too. Very old building with a lot of issues that affect your stay. Clogged drainage with bad smell in the bathroom all the time. Leaking toilet. Low water pressure. Old and hard to set up AC. One evelvator was out of service one day after I arrived and never got fixed during my stay (9 days) casuing 5 minutes line up to get into elevator each way. Basic and unfresh food. Very very basic options that never changed from day to day or from lunch to dinner. I would say it was the worst of worst. We all got sick from their food too. Resturant crew were very rude and impolite. We asked to sit together (group of 8) and they never accomodated that during our 9 days stay. Also for any basic need like a coffee or the secret small plate of bacon from the back ( hahaha) they explicitly ask for tip. Like a hashbrown costs you 5 dollars there because it is too luxury for this hotels buffet and they need to go to the back and get you a separate special plate of two hashbrowns for 5 dollars Unsafe. If you walk away from your staffs, they will be gone. Shuttle is not available , you beed to pay north of 100 USD to hotel or back to airport. Steak didning options are not free a f cost you almost similar ehat you pay in the US. I have been to many many all inclusive places before and this was the worst of the worst experience. Alvoid it by all means

Avoid this place
A large hotel is being built next door which blocks sun in the pools and the beach. They charged us extra for a room with view only to find out the view is the construction site. One of the elevators was broken for the entire week causing long waits to go upstairs. The only practical food option was the buffet because the restaurants were almost always fully booked by the members. Buffer food was the same everyday and very limited. There was a wait time for the buffer. Staff was rude and in many occasions asked us to pay them to do basic service. They rudely rejected our request to sit together for the whole family - we had to eat separately for the vacation we planned together. Avoid this place.

Dissappointed
This trip was fun, but the resort was just ok. We couldn't get reservations to most of the restaurants, even though they were empty. There were certain parties we couldn't get into because it was "members only". The food has zero flavor. We went to the front desk to ask about restaurant reservations and were told that it wasn't handled by the hotel, and they couldn't help us. This hotel isn't very close to all the activities, or downtown, so if you're looking for that you need to go up the island a little further. The place is nice, the people were nice. We were just disappointed in how hard it was to get reservations to empty restaurants and the quality of the food.

Fantastic stay!! Would highly recommend for families.
Fantastic resort! Staff were very friendly & helpful. The rooms & venue are super clean. Right on the beach. The buffets had a lot of great options. Our family really enjoyed the evening shows as well. The location is a short trip away from the nightlife. Would stay here again!
