The kids club is amazing! A special thank you to Bel, Crissel and Monty; the girls loved doing crafts and spending time with you! It was a great downtime for them away from the sun and heat. The entertainment team and the night shows are also top notch. The Disney show is must see the kids loved it 😍

Fun and exciting- HAPPY PLACE!
We had a great dining experience. Angel attending to our needs.Truly, a good employee is such a treasure. After our dinner, we head to watch the live show in the theatre. It’s such a marvellous performance. Dancers/drag queens were highly talented. We had a chance to meet Salvador and Katya for the night. Take some photos and had a chat. They indeed had a strong passion on what they’re doing. We’re lucky to witnessed it for the night. As my nieces said - It’s a magical night. Filled with fun, excitement and happiness. Keep up the great work. Thank you! 🤩

Fabulous place to go
This place is a fantastic place to go on vacation. A few of the employees there were Israel, Emmanuel, Gracie, Jerry and Ruben. They were so welcoming and sweet to everyone. The entertainment was terrific and the atmosphere was so inviting. I would 100 percent go again!!

Just a short five day trip over the weekend to celebrate my niece getting her graduate degree with my sister. Plan to go
Yzrael Aguilar is a great personal trainer. He is part of the entertainment team and very friendly. He teaches yoga and water aerobics. The pool was a little cold. I asked them to turn up the temperature and they did. The reservation system is not very workable. I was told I had to find my concierge who was never in the members room. They should fix the app so you can book your own reservations. The staff is very friendly. The food is great. I love Abraham the bartender. He has been there a long time and a wonderful familiar face. My family has been going there for 15 years. We love it.

These 5 star reviews were very very misleading. If you have traveled to Mexico before and been spoilt by other resorts like bahia principe or the Riu hotels, you would be very disappointed at GR Solaris. Everything SUCKED. Food is just god awful. Limited choices, limited items, cooks just coughing over the food, yuck! Pools are tiny, rooms are uncomfortable. Please don't waste your money like us and stay far way from this place. Only at day 2 and I am already wishing I was flying back home to Toronto.
