Apr 15, 2025Horrible bait-and-switch and no customer service
Check-in process ended with a horrible bait-and-switch. Dont bother reserving a room, you get what you get when you get there. The staff is incapable of providing any decent level of customer service for a supposed “All Inclusive Resort”. My friend and I were forced to sleep in one bed despite reserving separate beds. They dont care. The noise and garbage around the resort is offensive and completely avoidable. I simply get past what a horrible experience and value this “resort” provide its guest. Book this place at your own risk.

All under construction. LOUD banging and hammering from 8AM- 9PM
We got to the resort and it was windy, not the fault of the hotels, however the MASSIVE amount of construction that runs from 8AM to 8PM blows dust and debris all over everyone. It is LOUD and non stop. The front staff was not helpful or even friendly and don't get me started on the staff at the Deli bar/ Coffee bar... What miserable people. We spent much of our time at the beach trying to drown out the noise and dust..... It covered my cell phone... couldn't imagine what we were breathing. The room were cleaned everyday.. however the walls really are paper thin. We would hear everyone as well as all the babies crying as well as every door closing. We asked for 2 double beds, however were forced into a king with no options. The food was not great, at all. It was all strange and really smelly .... I am not a picky eater at all, but I basically lived off of Buns, watermelon and pineapples. The pizza was nice to have, but again, with the building right beside it being under construction (SOO LOUD and Smelly - Dust filled air) the staff at the pizza bar were not friendly... at all. It is an older resort in need of an upgrade. there is broken tile all over and dirty corners that you would not want to walk in. Positives.... Short drive from the airport and the ocean and the sun! Now, I understand that the hotel cant control the construction on the building beside it, however to have more construction on the restaurant that is beside the adult pool is inconsiderate. I will not return to this hotel.

Wonderful holiday, great Hotel, all the staff is super friendly, Israel the fitness coach from the Activity team is super knowledgeable and great energy, Rosarius from the pool bar service was super friendly, great customer service all around

Not a good start First experience at this hotel and we won't be returning. First, the receptionists are not very welcoming. We were assigned a room overlooking the boulevard and it was immediately next to a hotel under construction. Imagine the noise coming from the boulevard and the building under construction. The hotel seems to be very quiet, but the receptionist told us there are no other rooms available. Disappointing and it’s only day one…

Windy, but fun. We were still able play outside, swim and enjoy the beach.
It was a great trip! We experienced great service and friendly staff. Darvin Garu and Castillo were a super servers. The entertain staff never disappoints, especially Yzrael and Rubin. We miss seeing Nina outside. Alan went above and beyond providing lactose free milk. Angel catered to our poolside needs. Thank you GR Solaris for being amazing and making us feel truly at home!
