Best customer service. Darvin, Arriaga, Leon, Paula, Francisco, all so sweet and respectful. Forgot some staff names. Very much recommended. Made so many staff friends. Will definitely come again and again. Food, room, everything was awesome. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Amazing report
Very beautiful resort, it was a great experience and nice kitchen staff, Very good service from Arriaga, Darvin, Francisco, Rokal, Raul, Paula, Angel.I would highly recommend this report. Very warm and very aesthetic for young people. 💓💓💓💓🥰

It was a great experience, during the whole time we were there everyone helped us especially Arriage, Darvin, Francisco, Raul, Paula, Leon. They were great!!! Service was awesome even when there was a busy day. Highly recommended to come here and enjoy the experience. ❤️❤️❤️

The best customer service ever. The sweetest people. Darvin, rahul, arriage, leon, roceal and rest of the staff were amazing. Super helpful and kind. Great place to come and visit. Food was super good. Would highly recommend for everyone to come and visit!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Apr 02, 2025Affordable price but a bad experience, pay a little more.
Our stay was very mixed. We stayed 2 days here after leaving another hotel to be closer to the hotel zone. The initial staff was very nice and relatively friendly. However the rest of our stay was down hill. Everyone else at the hotel was rude and disinterested. Most of the food was inedible outside of the pizza oven by the pool. Hours for restaurants are very inconsistent and generally there's nothing to do before 5am or after 11am. Lastly and the biggest issue was the hotel was designed in a way that if your on the ocean facing side or near it and there's a tiny bit of wind your room and the halls whistle. There's not much that can be done about that now but it makes it very difficult to sleep. The only saving grace of this place is it's affordable for an all inclusive and the water is clean.
