Osiris was an amazing housekeeper during our stay. Very thorough! The waiters at Vista and Anchor & Den were fabulous as well! We really appreciated everyone during our stay. The water was lovely. The upgrade and gifts for our anniversary were very kind!!

Best getaway for our family. Clean rooms, amazing staff. Will definitely return
The environment was friendly and welcoming. Our stay started off with the wonderful Bellman, Mr. Karl, who greeted us and was so accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Then, next was Jheanel, Front desk staff who made our check-in effortless and gave us so much helpful information. She remembered us and greeted us by name every time we passed the front desk. Then there was Satesh, our server at the pool/beach area. He was the absolute best. He made us feel like family. He remembered all of our drink preferences, our room numbers, and was available whenever we needed him. Our trip was memorable because of Satesh. Ryan in the lobby bar was also a special star. Each of the employees mentioned made our stay at the Marriott Grand Cayman, one of the best ever. Kudos to the management for employing such top notch employees. Feb 17, 2025Seven Mile Beach really has had a few tough years - 4 miles now? Hotel staff adjusting and doing their best!
Staff outstanding! Ocean front where you can just take the stairs down to the water! Comfortable chairs around the pool area. Enjoyed resort program of a morning yoga class; a mixology session and a guided snorkeling hour. Stayed here before, many times (pre-covid) and it’s a shame that the beach is gone…but hopefully in the future permits are in place for some remediation. In the meantime shuttles to several local beaches offered hourly until 5pm. Rooms very comfortable with a recent refresh. Would come back!

Great place to stay!
Excellent service … attentive to every need! Although they lost their beach, being able to walk out into the water was cool. The free shuttle to a beach was also great. Dre and the whole team were great. Marina took great care of our room, topping us up with extra coffee!

Overall Lovely
My family and I had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the cleanliness was immediately noticeable—everything was spotless and well-maintained. The staff were absolutely fantastic; they were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was another highlight—each meal was delicious, with a variety of options to suit every taste. I felt completely taken care of throughout my visit. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Shout out to the staff especially: Octavine - ascia/sushi Dre - driver Stephanie - before hand and greeted to check in Anila- front desk Sid - pool Hermes - General Manager Jhalen - front desk woman at check out Job well done!
