    Loved the food

    One of the best resting in AFCB The food was amazing and Pablo was very nice and friendly. My family loved the food as well. My 6 year old was enjoying it as well. I would recommend. The music was magical. Can’t wait to go back and try diff dishes tomorrow.

    Best Italian restaurant

    I rate my experience 10 out of 10 and food is a 10 out of 10 and had great experience with pablo. My favorite meal was the chicken Alfredo out of their whole entire menu. Their service was wonderful. Pablo made our experience 10 out of 10 totally would recommend.

    ONE OF THE BEST IN CANCUN

    This is our second time here! It was just as amazing or if not better than the first! We have stayed at many all inclusive in the riviera maya and Cancun over the past 20 years. This is one of our top choices. WE had a group of 10 people - 9 years to 67 years. Food: The best all inclusive food we have had. The breakfast is great and the restaurants are amazing as well. We ate at the Italian, the steakhouse and the hibachi. The steakhouse was the best out of all of them. We also go off property to a few restaurants while we are there for the change of pace. Lunch is a little different but the pool side tacos are the best. The only complaint is the nights where they shut down the buffet for the outside Mexican fiesta, it seemed to be a lot of people and not enough food. Drinks: All of the drinks are great, even at the pool bar. We also loved the bar in the lobby. Entertainment: this is not the hotel for entertainment, they do not have a lot and in comparison to other hotels I have been to it is just not great. We were ok with it because we wanted something more peaceful and relaxed this time. There are not pool games and the nightly entertainment is not great. There is karaoke every night across from the buffet, my kids loved it. Pool/beach: The pools were heated and got a little hot and not refreshing in the afternoons. The pools were VERY VERY VERY CLEAN! Pool chair game was intense.. I got down to put our stuff out at 5:30am every morning, but we needed 8 chairs. It was also 95% hotel full because of Spring Break. When we went in July it was not that way. The beach was so clean and the water was amazing. There was a lot of staff that was around taking drink and food orders! The service was amazing. We had a group go jet skiing and it was great. Service: The service was amazing, I ordered an ice bucket and a big bottle of water every night from room service and it came within 15 minutes. The house keeping and cleaning was amazing, they also had a FANTASTIC turn down service every night! The service in the restaurants, check-in and check-out, reservations, and pretty much every where was some of the best I have ever had in Mexico. SPA: We went and had a message at the SPA and it was unbelievable. The hydrothrapy was great. I only did the hot-tub and the larger pool and it was great. Afterwards they put you on a lounge bed with a hot neck pillow and let you just relax until you are ready to go. They also dry your swim suit for you so you do not have to put on a cold swimsuit. one of the best spas I have ever been to and I have been to a ton in many other larger cities. Infinite Club: I would say there is some benefits to the infinite club, getting reservations before we arrived for the restaurants and the cabanas was very nice. They also up their service when they see your infinite band. I would say it is worth it, but it is a pain in the butt to get to the infinite club.
