We had dinner at The Basilic and was an amazing experience. Waiters are so kind, food was exceptional and there was ballet and piano live music. Maria, Pablo and Nicasio made our night amazing. It’s worth the money you pay since it’s a completely different menu. We celebrated my husbands bday and they had a small surprise for him. Highly recommended

Great Stay, but Rooms Need an Upgrade
We had a wonderful time at Grand Fiesta Americana Cancun! The resort is beautiful, with stunning ocean views and a lovely beach. The food was excellent, and the spa dinner was an unforgettable experience—absolutely amazing! However, the rooms could use an upgrade as they feel quite dated. Despite that, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. Overall, a great experience, and we’d love to return once the rooms are refreshed. 4/5 ⭐

Wonderful
Conception and Enrique were wonderful hosts! They went out of their way to ensure a wonderful service including ordering special drinks from the lobby bar for us. It was wonderful. We did the spa treatment first and it was fantastic. Would recommend

Do not miss La Basilic restaurant
Coral Beach is a well run facility with attentive staff and good food. The best restaurant is laBasilic. It is a french restaurant and it is truly exceptional. There is a wine paring of Mexican wines and they are very good. There are three separate menu options if you want to go on different nights. We had the first and second menus and both were terrific. This restaurant is not to be missed! If you are going to the Italian, try to get a night where the entertainment is not playing. The staff were great, the food adequate, but the music was too loud, poor quality and the music selections were not Italian! The Hibachi at the Asian was entertaining and flavourful (not to be compared with the French restaurant which is a standout!). The Infinate club is worth the upgrade as the club is great with amazing staff. You get some entrance options to LaBasilic and other perks.

Overall great experience!
The facility is a little outdated but the food options are great. We tried La Hoya, steakhouse, sushi bar and Chianti restaurants and all of them were above our expectation. Especially, my family liked Sushi bar and steakhouse a lot. The server Yanderi was super kind and helpful as well as Raquel and Roberto in Sushi bar. Also Alexandre from steakhouse provided excellent service and gave us the best dinner experience for my family. Definitely we would love to come back.
