Most of the restaurants we went to had a wait time of 20 minutes or more. We waited for the sushi restaurant 1 hour and were in there another 1. There is no dinner Buffett like every other all inclusive resort I have ever been to. Two nights we were in our room napping at 7pm and staff barged in, opened the door and said “oh sorry”. I’ve never had anything like that happen before… the food was subpar and very limited. 1 restaurant was a surcharge, 1 was closed all week too. The room we were in was very loud we could hear every little thing. Didn’t feel like we had privacy unless you pay an arm and a leg to get the fancy rooms away from the rooms that are stacked like sardines. Our last night there our wristbands didn’t work to get into our rooms so we walked to lobby and they said “oh we had the wrong dates of your stay entered”. I signed a contract of the correct dates so I’m not sure how that gets entered wrong. The staff there were very nice and we appreciated that. I wouldn’t recommend for family or friends to stay here.

We had a great time with Tony Mantana at the bar! Best bartender in Mexico! He brings the party and was so kind to our whole group. Find him on level 2 at the martini bar. They have poker tables for playing cards and games. Great music at night and a fun time.

Lovely evening with Tony at the Martini bar!
Tony at the Martini bar was fantastic! Excellent martinis and mixed drinks! He even escorted me to the banos! Stop by and have a drink at the Grand Fiesta Americana! Very attentive service…. Seeing the property lit up from here is special. During the day the views are lovely!

Excellent Vacation
The best resort in Los Cabos! Excellent housekeeping, entertainment, restaurants, and service from the servers. We were attended very well from the minute we checked in. All the accommodations are available at the resort without having to leave for any reason.

Family Wedding - we were at the Fiesta Americana for a family wedding.
The pool service was amazing. Thank you to our friends Victor and Bryan who took care of us outside room 135. They were super friendly and brought us whatever we asked for. Always smiling and very attentive and friendly and we loved how the staff put their hand on their hearts when they said hello!!
