    Grand Fiesta Americana

    Alex, Ramon, and Pablo at Viña Del Mar at Grand Fiesta Americana are the best. Every morning they greet us with smiles and always remember our drink order (which is the most important 😊). They are the definition of ‘hard workers’. We have been coming for years now, and they are memorable!!

    Raquel and Alex are the best!

    Great service and excellent personalities! Alex from Vina Del Mar breakfast was an amazing waiter who was very attentive and friendly! Raquel our cleaning lady was extremely nice and always made sure we had everything we could need. They were great workers who completed their job and went the extra mile!

    Happy family.

    Excellent service. Everyone is wonderful and kind. There’s always a smile on people‘s faces. Our needs were anticipated, even before we knew we had them. We will absolutely be back. Alex at the breakfast buffet was top notch. Only recommendation would be a time limit on towels without belongings placed on chairs at the pool as people often leave without picking up their towels.

    ALEX AND RAQUEL WERE AMAZING

    Alex at Vina Del Mar breakfast every morning he was the best, always made sure we had the e best seats and best drinks and made sure we had the best morning possible. Raquel who cleaned our room all week was amazing, super nice and very helpful. Please do anything you can to keep them here hope to see them next year

    Great place to stay

    The food there was fantastic. Entertainment group very friendly. Weather was amazing. The snorkeling at the resort was better than our payed excursion. You could view many whales from the shore. And the view from the shore during sun rise and sunset was amazing.
