Feb 26, 2025Our Third Stay in Two-Years
We are Hilton Damond Members, and this was our third stay at The Hilton All-Inclusive in Puerto Vallarta in two-years. That alone says a lot about what we think about this property. The entertainment is okay to good, the food is good (further comments to follow), but the best is the Staff who truly make us feel like this is home away from home. As such, we need to give special mention to the following people, (some pictures enclosed): Oscar: He is unbelievably a great Manager greeting us by name all of the time and making sure that his Staff knows us. During the week he was doing his job and filling in for his boss while she was on vacation. He did very well and deserves a promotion. Marcos: His omelets are fantastic, his personality is lively, always dancing around and greeting the guests. Norma & Esmerelda: Both of these Servers for breakfast work very hard, and are very personable. Ernesto: Your Concierge Manager is outstanding. He assisted us with restaurant reservations prior to our arrival and his excellent Staff assisted us during our stay. Victor: Our Bartender was a great guy, greeting us all of the time and making my wife a special drink. Jaqueline: Our Lobby Bar Server is a real sweetheart, loves her job, is learning from the bartenders how to make drinks and wants to earn a promotion. Management should strongly consider him for a promotion in the future. Bianca: She handles a lot of entertainment during the day and night and has a great personality, loves and is great at her job. Bebe: Also in entertainment and is very personable. Mariana: Our Housekeeper does an exceptional job and is very communicative and conscientious of her work. All of these people and others truly make our vacation very special, and we look forward to returning next year for our fourth stay. Food: Unfortunately, the worst restaurant was the Mexican Restaurant. I am retired but was in the Foodservice Business for over 44 years. This truly needs to be improved. The steak restaurant has improved greatly over last year; the Filet is the best. The Italian, Asian, Seafood, Food Trucks and Buffet Restaurants are very good.

Great vacation
Had the greatest vacation, lots of fun, games in the pool, live concerts, mariachi. All the people like Ramon the vacation planer, Will at the entrance of the hotel, Javier Mora the bar, Alonzo Arestegui, at the Pool . This people are amazing, and to make it more enjoyable the hotel let you barrow electric guitars for 48 hours to play in your room. The food from the Frida Restaurant and with Noemy Rodriguez serving you with Ledy with their smiles making you welcome serving you all you request to eat and more. This hotel it’s great awesome I recommend it to everybody that wants to have a great time come on relax!!!!!

Amazing experience all around
I recently visited Hilton Puerto Vallarta for the first time. This hotel seems to be well managed and the employees seem to really enjoy working here. Our day started in the breakfast buffet with amazing staff and wonderful food. A shout out to Isela!! Jorge, Luz, chef Ramon and all the great staff. To burn off some calories we went to the very nice gym area, where Wiyo and Bebe always kept us motivated!! Spent the afternoon on the pool deck watching whales in the ocean and Melquiades and Christian would always keep a drink in our hand Dining was really enjoyable and delicious. With the help of more great staff at La Luce the Italian restaurant, Andre, Francesca, and Alex. The Asian restaurant was our second favorite with the service from Omar, Karin, and Ian. Any other needs going in and out of the hotel front entrance stop and see Abraham the bellman who can always help. Great property, food and location and Staff! Definitely going back next year.

El Ricon is like kids heaven.
We had a blast. Great food and weather. Kids spent their nights in the at El Ricon and they loved it. The staff makes all the difference. Staffed by wonderful and friendly Ladies. Amazingly friendly and patient with the kids and made it fun. Unlimited ice cream and games. Truly a kids paradise.

Magic of Sunan
Waiters were incredibly friendly, the food was absolutely delicious, the sea-bass was amazing, they checked on us often, and they were so nice, even sharing insightful info about the dishes and the place! Overall very well made food. !!!!
