Grand Hyatt Vail an excellent Trip you must put on your bucket list! We plan to make a return visit!

Great Property with wonderful views! Makoto Japanese Restaurant was excellent! Also the Bar in Gessner had excellent Bartenders! The Lobby had Milk and Cookies/Donuts around 5pm and had some Live Music Friday and Saturday nights! The Shuttle service provided by Gran Hyatt took us to several villages where we could try new things!

Fantastic Stay at Vail Grand Hyatt

The Grand Hyatt Vail was spectacular! Everything was simple and easy - from the check in, to the check out, and everything in between, including the personalized text messages letting you know when the shuttle service was leaving or arriving. The rooms were spacious and clean. The amenities were also fantastic (the pools/hot tub/activities) - I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Great start to the ski season!!!

We stayed recently as a small escape before the holidays fully quick off. Great experience, all the staff was very helpful with all our needs. This is our second stay at this property and plan to stay again this coming February. The champaine savering was a very nice touch!

A very good Hotel with Great views.

It is a great hotel, but is not really 5*, I would say closer to low 4*. There is a spa which is great that you pay for the hotel does not have a separate steam room or sauna. The housekeeping could be more attentive to details and the front desk should be able to check you out and give you a receipt any time of the day.

    Great location, clean hotel

This hotel had construction when we visited but it wasn’t horrible. The location was great close to the village. The restaurant was great but don’t order the steak, they did not know how to cook a medium tomahawk (it came super well done lol) all in all would visit again!
