    ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!

    If you like an old smell, paint peeling off the walls and ceilings, beds and headboards that were bought back from a 1970s movie set, floor tiles that are cracked and stained, and a window view told that tells a story you were staying in the slums, then this is the right place for you. The first look walking up to the front door gave me Horror Movie vibes. The front desk attendant was dry and inattentive. My sister and I walked into our room and it looks like we had been punked. We stayed in the room all of 10 minutes, just long enough for me to look online and book our stay at the Riu Plaza only .7 miles away. Once I got a confirmation of it being book, we walked out the slummy room back to the elevator, asked for a taxi and slid the room key to the attendant.

    Loud guests, you will not be able to sleep as the hotel”s personnel would do nothing.

    Too noisy. Other guests had a loud party in their rooms with music, alcohol at 1:30 am. The guy in reception couldn’t care less as I called twice and they did not stopped the loud party next to our room.

    Failed retreat

    Reserved ny Booking.com When we arrived we were told there was an issue and there were no rooms available. No explanation, no call, no notification or email. Also the photos look 10 times better, than the actual place, no maybe it was for the better.

    Would not recommend

    No toilet paper, we had to ask twice to finally get it. Sonor consolation is very bad. Breakfast is poor. Almost no fruits. We booked a room with double bed and ed up with two separate beds. I would not recommend for more than one night.

    Could not stay but one night! Steer clear GRAND INTERNATIONAL HOTEL

    I read 4 star, no I was greatest by a young man who expressed hist desire to take care of me! But my reliance on him left me with a TV with dead remote batteries, no toweles in my room, the receptical in the bathroom was not powered and at 7pm when I calle INTERNATIONAL d to get some food from the restaurant it was not open. 14 HOURS OF TRAVELING AND THE RESTAURANT WAS CLOSED! I survived on water that night woke and book a luxury condo in Casco Veijo for $30 more, don't know if I will get 6 days charges removed from my credit card but I am look at the Pacific ocean with a cold beer and I'll deal with Booking .com and the Grand International Hotel later! Thanks I needed that!
