I definitely recommend you try the La Petit Chef experience ! My family and I were all blown away by this spectacular gastronomic experience and show ! Bartolomé and Arantxa provided us with the best customer service and were super attentive and friendly ! The food was nothing less than amazing ! I am so glad we partook in this dinning experience !

Jan 23, 2025A few memorable moments but overall average.
Our stay was good .The facility is getting old and needs to be updated. All the Restaurants on the Sens side are amazing other then the Buffet which was average at best. Drinks are average with the swim up bar full of kids around and splashing water into your drinks. Beach chairs are always full from grand oasis guests next door which have access to the Sens amnesties. On a positive note the staff members Marcos ,Marco, Pilar, and Itzel at AKERU SUSHI GASTROBAR were phenomenal serving us and we went there 3 times. Miramar is best for Breakfast and Lunch. The servers are very good and attentive to your needs. The White Box Gastrobar excellent food. Number 1 Restaurant CAREYES . My wife will not go back again only because of the shared amenities with the majority from the Grand Oasis using it up. The beach area was dirty with empty beer bottles ,drink cups, plates with uneaten food and garbage every morning. Staff did not clean up until 10am. The lounge chairs stained, dirty and never cleaned during our stay. The sand was never racked of garbage nor groomed for use each morning. We paid more to be at the Sens and could not enjoy it as advertised Luxury All Inclusive.

Incredibile stay! Best food Best services Best location I really appreciated the cleaning of the room,lobby,restaurant and public bathroom. The food was very diversificated and with high quality. Kindly recommend this resort for everyone and every ages!

Jan 12, 2025Cold food and room needs remolding
My husband booked the Oasis Palm. However, at the time of check in, we were told our stay was upgraded which is how we ended up at Sens. Our room was horrible; it needed remodeling. The buffet is horrible and food is lukewarm. The restaurants on the property served better food; however, it was cold as well. On the flip side, the staff were nice.

This all-inclusive resort was a complete let down. Horrible food terrible service boring atmosphere. Took my daughter's that are both 18 and 19 on their first all-inclusive vacation had to book things to do off the property the whole time because there was nothing for them to do pools are not heated so in the winter time they are freezing. Restaurants close down at certain times of the day leaving only food option during midday Pizza and Pasta which are cold and awful. I highly recommend anyone to look elsewhere before booking a vacation.
