Just returned from a relaxing escape! Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Everyone wore a smile and were friendly. Would like to acknowledge Jesus at the members pool & Angel at El Dorado restaurant. Jesus was engaging with everyone and he manages difficult situations with ease. Angel is an excellent server, also engaging and puts a smile on your face.

Esteban tapanyaki chef was the best!
Had a fantastic stay, all of the staff onsite are happy to help and greet you even in passing. Wide selection of food but by far the best is the Japanese restaurant, Esteban our Tepenyaki chef and Ricardo our waiter looked after us really well and we had so much fun! Will be sad to leave so thank you to everyone that looked after us

Sumptuori Dinner
First night at the hotel we dined at Sumptuori and was waited by Alfredo and Antonio. They were amazing. Antonio made us this special sushi that was so delicious, sweet yet spicy. This is our 2 time at Costa Mujeres and our 5th trip to Grand Palladium hotels in 18 months. The staff in Mexico is what brings us back again and again and again.

Great family vacation
The kids club staff IS AMAZING. My kids loved going there which made the vacation a great break for my husband and I. Israel at the pool is a great waiter and made sure we always had drinks and towels. Lots of fun activities for the whole family and great food.

Amazing place with something for everyone
Great services from Check in to the check out. Great room updated and clean. Amazing services from the lobby bar and pool bar. Bonifacio is great in the buffet. The night driver is pretty attentive for all details. Buffet have something for everyone.
