    Raul pool expérience 10/10

    Raul romeo is the best friend we had at the pool. He talks to People and Take time to share with us. Good service. Everything nice. Mescalita Was awsome. He made drinks that we wanted. He work so hard. He's the nicest Guy we meet at the ressort. Best expérience in my vacation. Ill be back in the ressort only for RAUL. XX

    Perfect family setup and amazing pool service

    The resort is fantastic! Clearly made with families in mind. There is always space by the pool and the kids play area is perfect. The service around the pool is also fantastic which means never having to go stand at the bar. Dionisio was super helpful and quick!! Highly recommend.

    Great hotel

    Such a fun experience, make sure you sent in Carlos's section at the pool for top notch service! Also say hi to Aldo and get the best service from him as well! The spa was the best experience and bang for you buck, definitely need to check that out. I would definitely come back.

    Amazing experience

    Maria Teresa was amazingly helpful when planning a romantic experience for my wife and I. She helped plan a romantic dinner on the beach, complete with lights, wonderful food, great service, great entertainment and much more. She communicated with me every step of the way and was always available when I had questions. She did a wonderful job. Thank you!!!

    The best time at the palladium & with one of the best employees Jesus PTC

    We had a great time with the family & Jesus PTC made everything go so smooth with the reservations for the seating in the pool area for the travel club members. He was always making sure we were doing good & continued asking us if we needed anything. Jesus PTC gave us an exceptional service & I am beyond grateful for the service provided by him & the rest of the hotel employees.
