Very good food and extremely nice waiter named Osiris Hdz. He was polite and very helpful and faster to get the food. If we ever visit Cancun, we would like to come to your restaurant and get the nice service. Thank you so much for the great food and hospitality.

Grand Palladium Vacation Experience
The ambiance was AMAZING ! Every meal we had was delicious and the service was amazing! Christian at Sumptuori was the BEST! He was extremely knowledgeable of wines and parings with the meal of the nigh, very courteous to our party and our needs and friendly. Definitely made our experience at the resort one to remember. We also had a waitress at the Indian restaurant on Thursday night that was just as amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience and it worked out. 10/10 experience and would strongly recommend to others. We came with a party of 5 to include a 14 month old and we ALL had a blast.

Perfect for celiac!
We chose this resort for my celiac daugther and we were more than happy! They were taking care of her for every single meal, asking in advance what she would like to eat. They planned a special dessert for her and the chef was awared in advance. We felt more than safe! We had Rebecca planning her breakfast and lunch every single day, always perfect, never forgetting anything! Chef Andy bringing her beakfast to the table every morning and reassuring us about the precautions take in the kitchen. For every diner we had Chef Rafael Jara coming to see us in every a la carte restaurant we had booked... he had our schedule and managed to go talk with the chef. It was #1 for safe gluten free eating!!! Pool was also very nice, heated! Beautiful beach, lots of waves and wind but this is normal for the area... hard to swim in the ocean with young kids. Good drinks, nice activities in the pool (zipline, module gonflable).

Excellent Restaurants
All of the restaurants are amazing spaces. Service is stellar and their take on the different cuisines is great. Highlight was Sumptuori the Japanese one. So many things to choose from and all delicious. Cristian our server was the best of our stay very attentive and accommodating.

David the habichi cook and Osiris the waiter were perfect! So good !! 10 out of 10!! I got beef and shrimp with blue lagoon drink. Very attentive waiters. They treat u like kings and queens. We can’t wait to come back!! Don’t let the bad reviews scare u. I was worried but everything has been beautiful and perfect
