The ambiance was AMAZING ! Every meal we had was delicious and the service was amazing! Christian at Sumptuori was the BEST! He was extremely knowledgeable of wines and parings with the meal of the nigh, very courteous to our party and our needs and friendly. Definitely made our experience at the resort one to remember. We also had a waitress at the Indian restaurant on Thursday night that was just as amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience and it worked out. 10/10 experience and would strongly recommend to others. We came with a party of 5 to include a 14 month old and we ALL had a blast.

Excellent Restaurants
All of the restaurants are amazing spaces. Service is stellar and their take on the different cuisines is great. Highlight was Sumptuori the Japanese one. So many things to choose from and all delicious. Cristian our server was the best of our stay very attentive and accommodating.

Stayed there for 7 nights, beginning of december. Pretty big resort if you consider their Family Selection and TRS buildings but not as vast as some people were mentionning online. Golf carts and boats are available to move around but you’re probably only gonna need them to go to the beach (if you’re staying in the GP buildings). PROS: -Great selection and variety of food at the buffets. The best I’ve had so far in All-inclusive resorts. Thankfully they focused on local mexican foods and buffets were opened for breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday during our stay. Better than what Iberostar, Barcelo and Finest offer. -Never been a fan of A la carte restaurants in All inclusive resorts and GP makes no exception. You might get tired of having tacos day and night and it’s good to have different options available for dinner (japanese, thai, indian) but food is just better at the buffet(s). -Again, lots of options for food and drinks on the whole resort, the coffee shop, sports bar and the outdoor pizza place (Fizz) were a nice touch. They were working on opening a Gelateria next to Fizz when we were there. CONS: few details lacking to make it feel like an actual 5* resort. -Had to call maintenance on arrival to fix the loose handles on the faucets and reset the bathroom breaker. Not that big of a deal as they responded pretty quickly. -We were travelling w 2 other families and they both had to ask for fresh bed sheets as theirs were a bit dirty. -Some had bathrobes and slippers in the room. others didn’t🤷🏻♂️ -Rooms are very spacious (~700sf) but they’re missing that ‘finesse’ for a more upscale feel. The same applies to the rest of the resort and its amenities (i.e: stains on the hallway carpets, slightly torn beach umbrellas, cheap looking outdoor furnitures) -Consider upgrading to the Family Selection or the TRS if you wish to be close to the beach (and premium alcohol selection at the lobby bar) -We only had service on the first day at the beach for some reason, they seemed to only take care of the Family selection section ? Sometimes waiting 20-30mins for drinks can be a vibe killer, might want to add more servers by the beach. Otherwise, great service and attention from Carlos at Isla Blanca for dinner and Eduardo at the pool ! Overral, a solid 4.5* resort.

Grand Palladium’s Sumptuori
We love this resort. Had an amazing meal at Sumptuori. Chef Alfredo prepared a delicious off the menu special dish of salmon, which was served by the very attentive and knowledgeable Cristian. The best salmon we’ve ever had. You must try it when you visit.

Zentropia Massage w/ Facial & Hydrotherapy Session
Our couples’ spa experience at Zentropia Spa in Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres was exceptional, thanks to our therapists Julieta and Jazmin. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was serene and luxurious, and their skillful, attentive care left us feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The facilities, including the hydrotherapy circuit, were beautifully maintained and added to the overall tranquility. It was the perfect romantic escape, and we highly recommend Julieta, Jazmin, and the Zentropia Spa for an unforgettable experience.
