So much fun!
Sip n Paint with Zavaier, Dermonique, and Wesley was the absolute best! They were so much fun and the drinks were flowing! They will take good care of you! Must do activity!! they were the best!! We painted Bob Marley and drank lots of rum punch!

I really hope that you take these surveys seriously! I have taken the time to answer the survey questions is detail. I was in Room 2004 from Dec. 19 to Dec. 22.

Great for families but what about the adults?
We made our 4th trip to GP because GP always delivered on fun, dancing, entertainment and food. So much has changed since 2018. The resort is now a family resort. No more dancing by the beach bars. The Entertainment staff is geared towards entertaining the children. Now if I had small children this is the place, but the teen club was closed for renovations, with no alternative other than the sports bar for our teenager. The beaches were disgusting and the beach chairs were covered in bird feces. The food was good, good customer service overall but restaurant reservations were hard to come by as the app was not accurate. Overall I would only return if I was traveling with small children. It would be nice if there were dedicated activities for the adults on vacation as well. Please dedicate someone to cleaning the beach areas, please.

Nice resort, terrible food
If you enjoy food when you go on an all-inclusive, I would avoid this resort. We've heard wonderful things about food in Jamaica, but the Grand Palladium didn't meet our expectations and we shared similar opinions with other guests. Buffet food was super repetitive and not good at all. Restaurants were okay, but nothing more. Service was good but not 5-star service. The grounds were very clean and well-kept. We stayed in the Garden View Suite, we were excited to hear the rooms were renovated. The room didn't look renovated at all like they advertise on their website. Overall, we would never go back to this resort considering how bad the food was, especially with a family.

It was wonderful I will definitely recommend Grand Palladium to all my family and friends.
The entertainment team was wonderful. We participated with the Mento Band. They were engaging, with positive attitudes especially Carlan Menzie and Dermonique McIntosh. They gave us the true Jamaican experience. This was one of the best highlights of our vacation.
