Amazing resort
This resort exceeded all expectations, offering a truly luxurious and memorable experience. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We will definitely be coming back for another holiday.

Worst experience ever!!
My stay at grand palladium was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any resort. 1. Check in process was a mess. We were taken to the wrong building and got dropped off to stand in the walkway until the driver could come back. And it was raining. 2. Fridge in the room wasn’t working. Food got spoiled. When I called for repair or replacement, was told that someone would be sent. No one came. 3. Called for room service, no food was brought. 4. We had to call for slippers and robes which should come standard in a suite. 5 we had no concierge to assist with my birthday welcome treatment or to inform us of where to go or what to do. We just started walking around asking random people where to get food and drinks etc. very disappointing and not classy at all.
