  Great experience

  Ok I want to start by saying we travel a lot internationally and have a lot to compare this to. We arrived with some low expectations based upon some of the reviews we read. We found the resort to be excellent.we were greeted with a cold towel and a smile. We were taken to our room in a very short time in a golf cart with our luggage. We rented a beachside jr suite which was in front row with a nice view steps from the sand. Room was large, clean and well equipped. Lots of towels, iron, safe, blow dryer, etc. we used the adult pool in the TRS Section the first 2 days because there was a bit of rain and wind and found area to be well shielded from the wind with a nice bar and plenty of chairs.the 3rd day we went on an ATV TOUR which was affordable and muddy but ended up at a beautiful beach that was worth the whole trip. The rest or the trip had beautiful weather so I went to beach and saved chairs before breakfast. Went to buffet every morning for fresh eggs and fruit. There was a lot of food but we kept it pretty simple. No issues with quality of cleanliness. Staff was attentive and prompt with a pleasant tone. We ate at posieden buffet for a small lunch same excellent. We had grilled fish and fruit most days great salads and an occasional pastry which were excellent. We kept our 10000+ steps a day in so didn't gain any weight.😂 We try to eat healthy and always left happy no issues. Now on to dinner Argentine restaurant 3.5 stars tough meat just OK ITALIAN restaurant awful food awful Sevice. Had Lasagna and it was bad! Went with wife and another couple all equally disappointed. Took forever for even water. Salad bar picked over and lacking. Japanese restaurant was fun. Good was acceptable. Ate at El Dorado steak house 2 nights. Best salad bar on resort. Ribeyes were medium quality prepared perfectly. Had French fries for side hot and crispy Deserts were ok Fresh bread excellent. Service from Biky first night top notch Second night just adequate. Other night did buffet which again was excellent. When I come back here I will only return to steakhouse and utilize buffet rest of time you can't beat it. Wife drinks alcohol I don't. I had all the club soda and lime I could handle. Wife said Vodka tonics were great. Wine and champagne was not worth drinking. Coffee drinks in lobby were excellent fresh ground coffee and made to order. Grounds were beautiful shopping at shops were well stocked. Now the beach wow!! Beautiful water white sand miles to walk on. Plenty of chairs Bar on beach not overly crowded making great drinks. I will put this place on an annual visit even though it is a long ways from our home in California. If you don't like it here you are too picky and should stay home.

  Spectacular resort

  We stayed at this resort for 2 weeks from Feb 3. 2025. We had a fantastic holiday. The food served here was spectacular. There are a choice of many classy restaurants to book in ap. Or 3 buffets to choose from. Al eateries were impeccably clean and the variety of food was impressive. Lush coffee shops. Beach bars and restaurants. Lots of stunning pools to pic from. Our fav was the calm and beautiful secret pool. Adults only . The alcohol served is premium. The swim up pools wonderful. The vast gardens around the complex are kept immaculate. Staff are nice. Rooms are lovely and kept clean and tidy by the staff. Entertainment is top class. The beach is like paradise. My only gripes are on arrival we were pressured into going for a consultation and demo on a scheme which is a premium membership. I was quoted 36 thousand pounds. I kept saying I wasn't interested but it took an hour to convince them. Avoid this if you don't like pressure sales. Some difficulties obtaining lactose free milk and decafe coffee or getting the staff to understand. Lol The toilets behind the poseidon restaurants near the beach were often not to the high standard of cleanliness as all other toilets available. But the waiting staff at the poseidon found my new Samsung and looked after it until I came looking for it panicking! Thankyou. Thankyou so much for a wonderful holiday. See you soon x

  Palace review

  Really friendly staff who can speak multiple languages which I think is amazing. Couple of little things they could improve on - lack of sunbeds around most of the pools. - only adults only place was a pool so any evening entertainment for adults that didn’t just want to sit in the lobby and listen to live music and kids there wasn’t a lot else. - the travel club there are so friendly until they said come on a “resort tour” and then try to sell you something and if you say no like we did they’re then not friendly at all and won’t even look at you. - aircon in my room wasn’t the best which made it difficult to sleep. - only resteraunt I wouldn’t recommend in the Mexican, other than that they were all amazing. Overall the resort was amazing with only these small things having a tiny impact, I would definitely recommend and would definitely come back.

  10/10 would definitely come back, great holiday!

  This hotel exceeded expectations, huge resorts with so much to do, lots of different pools, bars and sports facilities. All the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Great choice of drinks and all branded spirits! Lots of choice for the buffet food and amazing a la carte restaurants that you could book every night if you wanted to as part of the inclusive, great value for money!! would 100% come back , and would definitely look to book other Palladium resorts. I also have a severe nut allergy , and they were amazing at accommodating and understanding for all allergies. Our only ‘negative’ would be , on the first day , we were told by our concierge that their colleague wanted to give us a tour of the resort and advise how we could book directly next time. This ended up being a 3 hour long meeting , and at the end expected us to give them a $14,000 deposit and pay $400 a month for the next 30 years!!! complete waste of time, if they have any chance of wanting to sign people up , they need to be more upfront about the agenda for the meeting and make it a MAXIMUM of 1hr, so it doesn’t consume almost a full day!! Other than that, would highly recommend
