Me and my wife came here for our baby’s gender reveal. The staff were amazing and quality of everything was perfect! We would like to come here again for sure!

Sports Complex Staff are Outstanding!!
Our entire team at Taylored Pickleball Academy cannot say enough about the fantastic service we received from Constantino and Edwin at the sports complex. They made our group feel so welcomed and each day went out of their way to make our experience incredible. Their engaging and friendly manner was outstanding. Their attention to detail from providing constant hydration, cooling towels, getting courts ready, engaging with our guests and always asking what more they could for us made our jobs so much easier! Thank you for providing excellent service! Pickleball!!!!

The room was hot our entire stay. The refrigerator was not cold and it was a hassle to get bottled water and beer to the room each day.

Great entertainment here in Gran palladium punta cana this guys are the best dancer and the best with the service in a special Christopher we made the yoga with he and was Amazing Dominican is beautiful😻 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Feb 25, 2025Grand Palladium Punta Cana - Just OK
Compared to the 2 other resorts we have stayed at in the Caribbean (Iberostar and Barcelo), this one was just ok. Rooms were a bit dated. Food was ok, a few of the a la cartes (El Dorada, Sumptuori, La Adelita) were delicious. Buffets were busy and loud and we usually had to wait for staff to bring place settings, ask for and then serve the drinks. Weather, pools, grounds and beach are lovely. No one got sick from the food which is surprising considering how many guests snack directly out of the serving bowls in the buffets.
