    Bernardo at The Quiet Bar

    Bernardo at The Quiet Bar was the only good part of this resort. He was so sweet and so funny! He is such a hard worker. He made so many of Bernardo’s special cocktails for us. All of them were so delicious! We visited him every night. We wish we could bring him home with us!

    Bernardo at the adults only pool

    Bernardo at the quiet bar (at the adults only pool) is the best part of this resort! He makes the most delicious unique drinks- ask for his specials and you will not be disappointed! Thanks for making this trip one to remember! We love you Bernardo 💗🫶🏻

    Bernardo is great!

    Bernardo at the quiet bar by the 18+ pool is FANTASTIC!! I highly suggest the Bernardo special which he invented! He is welcoming and takes such pride in his work! He is such a hard worker. He is simply amazing! I wish I could take him home with me!

    Pack Your Dancing Shoes

    This resort has great food, we were never hungry! Highly recommend Bamboo for dinner, perhaps the best sashimi I’ve ever had and loved the spicy soya sauce. The local flavours were amazing especially at the a la carte buffets, loved the taco station, but it was also great to have late night snacks at the sports bar like poutine and amazing hot wings. For me, the beach was not great because most days it was too choppy for snorkelling but the waves are fun to play in and great if you surf. The ocean here is very pretty view, especially when you see whales breaching most afternoons and a couple elusive turtles poking their heads up at sunset. The bartenders were also great, huge shoutout to Fabian at Hemmingways, the nicest guy with the best drinks, his spicy margarita with mezcal is incredible!!! Thank you for entertaining us so much!!! The entertainment itself was also very fun, my favourites being the DJs. Every time we thought we were done dancing we had to get back out on the floor because they would play something else (Pitbull, Bad Bunny & more) I took 1 star off because I really did not like the room, like, at all, they smelled and felt damp. But at least there is so much to do here you don’t need to be in your room much! I also wish you could use the kayaks and paddle boards in the afternoons and don’t really understand why they are only available from 9-12 but they are fun if you can get them in the mornings. The hammocks and swings are so cozy here too and I really enjoyed the botanical garden. Basically everything outside is great, if you want to spend a lot of time in your room or in quiet areas this is not the resort for you but if you are looking for fun, you will find it.

    Grand palladium

    Alejandro at the Xtra sports bar is amazing. Provided us with great Drinks awesome food and he is extremely professional. He told us when it was our turn to play pool and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Alejandro He also made sure everything was clean 👌
