    Great BUT one big problem

    The facility is lovely, the food very acceptable, the happy and smiling staff very helpful. But the overriding problem is the NOISY MUSIC. Even at the adult pool, it is constant high volume nonsense of music. One day they actually played songs like Nat King Cole and Beatles etc., but every other day they cranked up the volume playing nonsense. Boom-da Boom-da, Boom-da. At the adult pool, there are mostly adults (not a surprise) and many seniors. In spite of requests to the barman to change the music and reduce the volume,. they made no changes. Who decides that adults like Boom-da Boom-da? There is no actual music there, only musical noise. In the dining rooms, the music is controlled and decent, so it can be done. But everywhere, yes everywhere, where there is water, the management seems to think that the way we enjoy water is Boom-da Boom-da. It's almost impossible to have a conversation at such loud volumes playing such NOISE.

    A 3 generation holiday

    Very pleased with this hotel overall. Hotel staff attentive, and accommodating, hotel very clean. The only restaurant that we did not like was the Portofino (Italian). Otherwise, all the dining options were very good

    A great place to have a Wedding

    We had our wedding here this past weekend, and everything turned out. Fantastic! The weight staff. The staff in general are next level. The food was on park and very tasty, and the grounds are very large and lush. It’s a great family friendly vacation getaway for anyone.

    Good activities and welcoming staff

    Staff is friendly and try their best to be helpful. The activities were great with stretch class, beach volleyball, pool aerobics daily by the friendly activities staff - Gally, Angel, Eliot and David. They have a free kids club for ages 4-12 plus a junior club for teens. They have an excellent fitness room, well managed by Alberto who is very helpful. We like the buffet three per day topped off with hard ice cream on sugar cones although there is a cafe at the main pool featuring fast food. There are four specialty restaurants (Mexican, Italian, International and Japanese). Many guests prefer the adult pool or the quiet beach chairs with free use of boogie boards. The beach has sand bars and sections with rocks so our water shoes came in handy.

    Great place, has something for everyone.

    We had such an easy, fun holiday. So many options for food and drink and entertainment. Great place. We will be back.
