    Grand Palladium White Sands Resort and Spa

    Very nice facility, nice and quiet, lots of room. Rooms were great although had to ask for a hair dryer. Typical food in buffets - always the same. Italian and Japanese a la cartes were the best. No beach to walk on really. Very rocky, lots of seaweed and garbage.

    Expansive Resort

    This resort has a variety of pools, bars, restaurants, and activities to keep you entertained during your stay. The concierge and guest service staff are complemented by a engaging entertainment staff, both in running activities and the nightly shows. The rooms are far enough away from the entertainment centres to allow for a great sleep. The only consideration for the resort is it isn't close to any large towns, so you'll need a transfer for any outings outside of the resort - if you decide to leave.

    Excellent stay and service

    Stayed in room 5931 with my wife at White Sands. Excellent food and service. Room was spacious and nice. Living room and two balconies. Access to the resorts around us. Beach was excellent at the neighbouring resort. One poor day of weather but oh well we read and caught up on sleep. Only downfall is an 1 and ten minutes from airport and was heavy traffic on way home to airport so more like 2 hours. Leave early to catch flight.

    Horrible experience

    I stayed at this Resort with my son, and cousin from 12/30/24 to 01/04/25. I was the worst experience and a waste of money. Since they are all inclusive the drinks were watered down, the food that was accessible was mediocre, and majority of the staff didn't know how to speak English. The rooms were subpar for a quote on quote 5 star resort, it was very hard to get the staff on the phone for service, and their travel people was badging us to sign up for their member services before we could experience the resort. The biggest drawback of this resort is that when checking in the front desk didn't explain any activity you want to experience has to be scheduled and confirmed 48hrs in advance. We didn't find this out until the 3rd day of our trip( Wednesday) so the first thing we schedule was dinner at one of the restaurants . that was the only reservation available that day (Friday). Then we left for home the next day(Saturday). So dinner, entertainment and excursions are to be booked 48hrs in advance without any knowledge from staff. Plus their is loud and ongoing construction.

    Enjoy Trip

    We were family of 20 and we loved it and enjoyed it. For some reason when we checked in one of the members was left out so we had some issues during the check out.
