    La Dalia at Palladium Yucatán

    Arrived at Palladium Yucatán and after a day of travel, we were very hungry. La Dalia did not disappoint and had a wide variety of food to choose from and the service was excellent. Victoria was our waitress and was very attentive to our every need. Thoroughly enjoyed!

    Ernesto is top notch in the travel club!!! We just love him to pieces!!! Always attentive, always makes us feel like his family! Gabriel, Christian and Yurdi equally as sweet! From the moment we get to the resort until the moment we leave we just love their energy! Until next time my friends!

    Great Resort

    We had a great time at this resort. The grounds were immaculate and the service was top notch. We did not have any trouble finding a chair either at the beach or by the pools.. Want to send a shout out to Carlos who was an amazing waiter at the steakhouse! Thank you Carlos!

    Fantastic hotel with wonderful staff

    Great hotel, very comfortable rooms, with extremely helpful staff. Lots of sunbeds available all day. Great WiFi. The app for the hotel works perfectly, you can book a speciality restaurant every night, though the buffet restaurants are very good. Electric taxis will take you to anywhere on the resort. Most alcohol available is branded at no extra cost. The tui app is very good, I wanted to book some trips, and found out when the rep was on site, also I was sent a message the day before we came back with the pick up time and location. The morning of our return reception rang us and arranged for us and our luggage to be picked up and taken to our collection point. I think there are over 30 bars on site, so you are never far from a drink. Al, in all I can 100 per cent recommend this resort, really disappointed when we had to leave.
