Ernesto the besto deserves the world and a raise! He truly cares about the guests and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable and tries so hard to remember names. This man is one of the main reasons my family chooses to continue coming to this resort.

So the hotel is advertising itself as a 5 stars,but it's only a 3 star maximum. Old ,outdated, broken,dirty rooms. Poor food and drinks service. Got to wait ages at restaurant to have a table even you have a reservation, food and drink orders many time don't arrive at all.Management not interested about your problems, if you do contact them they just ignore you. Due to the hotel is under construction,they closed the walkways between areas make you walk on the road instead for hundreds of metres with no street lights in the dark with buggys,trucks speeding by you and almost been ran over multiple times.hotel response we dont want to put lights up because that will disturb the wildlife. When I asked so you want me trip over or me and my family got run over because of this they just smiled and shrugged their shoulder. Seriously there are plenty nicer resorts in Mexico ,go somewhere else

I have stayed here many times and been happy. Unfortunately the lack of communication and quality has declined. For the amount of money spent it is not worth what you get. Stay elsewhere

I enjoyed my week with you, the service was at the restaurants and bars was good, the food was good as well. my only unsatified because the pool at White Sands was closed, but the other pools were very nice. I did not get the shuttle drivers name but the gentleman i used each morning was very polite, and a great testiment to the serve I had for the week.

Very unorganized
We got to the hotel and our sheets were dirty with huge stains. they should have never been put on the bed. We were never told about having to reserve dinner or how to do it. Had to eat at the buffets. They did not tell us either that there was an app that will take you places in the hotel system. Also we were not told that over half the hotel is blocked off and under construction when booking or before stay ect, so a lot of amenities where unavailable to use.
