    The best vacation

    Ernesto is the best bar tender at the Travelers Club and treated us all so good! The hotel staff are all very kind and the room was great. A great vacation to go on as a group. The food was excellent and the service was top notch. Would recommend to anyone wanting to go on a family vacation or with a group of friends.

    Brazilian Steakhouse the finest experience.

    Please visit the Bahia e Brasa restaurant in Grand Palladium white sands. It was an absolutely amazing experience with the friendliest of service and such excellent quality of food. We were served by Darwin, Reynel, and Juan Carlos. They were all very helpful and respectful during our visit. 5/5 recommend for an excellent dinner experience.

    Disappointed, old rooms, bad service and very long walks to get to the other hotel

    Beyond disappointed, we arrived to the hotel November 22nd, the check in took 2 hours because they had issues with the rooms, probably overbooked, at first they offered us a free upgrade to a huge room that is exclusive to members and then very last minute they decided to change it, the room that we got instead is old, very old, the AC sounds like a small generator, pillows smell really musty, we requested for them to change the pillow and they did the day after, we are still waiting for them to change the batteries on the safe because when we got here it wasn’t working and we were advised by the bellboy to use it because they’re not responsible if anything gets lost, mind you, it’s day 3 and we are still waiting for that to happen, we’ve asked 3 times, now the hotel is having a major remodel so most of the stuff in white sands it’s closed, when you ask before you book they tell you it’s just the main pool and a restaurant but trust me, the main pool is 50% of the hotel so you pretty much walk through construction, you have to go to the other hotel which is really far to use the pool, and because of this, it is very packed, the transportation that they say goes around every 10 min doesn’t stop to get you unless you’re at the lobby or if you’re lucky enough to find them empty doing their rounds, the reservation only restaurants so far are booked two days in advance so we couldn’t try them until the third day and you have to reserve as early as you can because apparently if you don’t reserve before 8 am it gets full, the food is average in the buffets, nothing special, and they’re severely understaffed, you see the poor cooks covering multiple stations because they don’t have enough people, I 100% would not recommend this hotel to anyone go to a different one, filter the reviews and read the recent ones. ALSO! The beach is FULL of rocks, the entrance is so bad that I’ve seen people get hurt, you have to walk to the end of the first hotel which is Kantenah to get a decent beach but Colonial-White sands beach is horrible

    Not coming back

    Old rooms. Unclean bathroom. Delayed check in due to internal miscommunication. Food is bland at best. Service is unbearably slow. Walking everywhere due to rude car drivers is not a problem by itself but it does become a problem when there are not enough signals available and poor illumination at night makes it very easy to get lost.
