    Great Honeymoon

    We chose Grand Royal Hotel due to family and friends referrals, we were not disappointed. The suite we stayed in was spotless, all staff could not do enough for. Rey and Alvaro were fantastic ambassadors for the hotel. The gym was well-equipped. All areas of the hotel, inside and outside were spotless. Beaches, cabanas and pools were just perfect. We can't wait to go back and take our children

    Relaxing Getaway

    The resort and rooms are great and the beach is beautiful. The food is fine, nothing outstanding but is sufficient. Staff are very attentive and willing to assist, especially Carlos. Carlos was very attentive and made you feel at home and as if you knew him forever. He deserves a raise!!

    Silver Anniversary

    Overall a beautiful property with everything beach centric. Trip started out a little disappointing as we didn’t get the room we thought we had booked. Antonio was extremely helpful and straightened everything out. Great service!

    Good but not "Luxury"

    Nice hotel on great stretch of beach. Nice pools and activities. Amazing, helpful, courteous staff everywhere. Room was disappointing - very musty and smelly, gap in door kept a loud howling wind coming in ever night, AC didn't work well. Specialty restaurants were great. Main buffet disappointing and not accommodating for a vegetarian - bring your own protein!

    Unforgettable Vacation!

    We had the most incredible time. We were first timers, when we arrived we decided to upgrade our room to the Royal suite and WOW, what an amazing room with so many amenities that made our trip worry free, especially thanks to our butler, Yajahira who was very kind and very helpful. The food was great! With lots of options. We ate at every place and always impressed, hotel and staff were fantastic! Clean, fun, kind and felt safe and well cared for the whole trip. I didn’t know what a real vacation was until this trip. We will be coming back soon!
