Everything was perfect! Caring people. Very clean site. Magnificent beach. You could see the whales and hear the waves everywhere you were in the hotel. The employees of the Équinoxe bar on the 12th floor terrace gave us incredible service. Definitly worth the upgrade for the 12th floor access.

The hotel was nice but the lack of cleanliness and the complete lack of sun was a huge issue for my family. The lower level pools were so cold as this area never gets sun. You can't lay on the beach as it is very rough and high tide makes it impossible. The food was good. Staff were friendly. Concierge was not able to assist us at 3 different times. We paid extra to use the roof pool and sun area and I feel this is a terrible situation as we paid for a trip in the sun when we booked. Average review because it was falsely advertised by West Jet Vacations.

Jan 12, 2025Grand park your arse on the toilet and shi! Your brains out
Pool bartender wiped up a spill. Then wrang the cloth over a drink. The drink was off to the side. I watched him serve that drink. I told the guy no no. Don’t drink that. But not sure he understood cuz he drank it anyways. They clean glasses by dipping them in water bucket. No wonder everyone got sick. People left. Not even lasting 24 hours This has been the most horrendous and dangerous trip we have been on. We spent our whole vacation sick as dogs in our room with vomiting and diarrhea. I’m crushed. The kids are depressed. The hotel Is dirty and the staff is rude. They don’t clean the Bird poop off the limited chairs they do have. They Clean cups by dunking them in a tub of water then reuse them - wouldn’t let me reuse my cup. The Sanitizer stations are empty. The Water refill stations are broken. Upon arrival we were given no water bottles luckily we had brought from home. Bathrooms ate disgusting. Hair everywhere. Counters filthy. The Soap in bathrooms are empty. The Soap in our room broken. Requests to fix ignored. Our sink was cracked. The mirror was cracked. Black mold in the shower. Were hit hard with 3 days of norovirus. So many guests sick. So dirty. No mops. Rooms were filthy. They would come in just to take tips and not clean. After being sick asked for the sheets to be changed but all they do is make the bed. The Fridge in room broken. The restaurants were closed. There was not enough food. People scraping bowls. We Always found hair in the food. This has been the Worst trip ever. The Kids are crying they want to go home and ask if we brought them here because we were mad at them. The kids club was disgustingly dirty and it smelled. The kids would not set foot in there. The pools were freezing we couldn’t go in there either. This has been the worst vacation

Good experience
I love the privacy beach, exclusive resort and safe... I really recommend it, and the view is amazing. Definitely I come back. I would like to see more shows about dance, but it's really good. Enjoy yours days at the hotel. The people there are so amazing...

January holidays
Excellent service from the Entertainment team, the girls are very friendly, patient and fun. They have activities from 10 am until the afternoon. I liked the Three Kings Day event, the traditional kings cake was delicious and the kings were the best for the children.
