Julita in La Pergolia bar was amazing and made the most amazing cocktails! Highly recommend and gave the best service! Try her “special” cocktail! She was very attentive and always happy and always made sure we had a cocktail in hand all holiday!

It's a nice 5* for Caribbean standards (maybe a 3* or 4* in Europe). Personell is fri3ndly and polite. The rooms are good, and the beach is also great, although it has some rocks and is windy. My thematic restaurant ranking: 1. Italian - great seafood risotto 2. Brazilian Rodizio - surprisingly good, with excellent meat 3. Mediterranean - average seafood quality for a hotel 4. Asian—Melvin and Roberto Kawasaki are friendly and funny. The food is not fantastic, but it is worth the experience, and the kids will live it! 5. French - below average... although the Duck was decent. 6. Steakhouse - Avoid! Any resemblance with a Steakhouse is pure coincidence (Global note on the wine - red is poor, white is bearable)

Amazing vacation!
I had an amazing vacation at the Grand Sirenis. The check-in & checkout was very quick. I met some of my family for the 1st few days of my vacation, then I enjoyed a solo vacation for the remainder of my week. The resort had a very good vibe & there were no concerns regarding safety. The resort was large enough but walkable, and the WiFi was available throughout the resort, even on parts of the beach. The beach itself was absolutely beautiful with lots of palapas & lounges, so no one was getting up early to reserve spots. Grounds were very well maintained! Food was good, most staff very friendly and helpful, and there were many seating areas throughout the resort. I didn’t take any day trips, but I did enjoy a wonderful massage at the spa. Staff is very hardworking and so many should be commended, but these stood out for me: -Karla ( very friendly & beautiful smile) and Jonarydis at the beach buffet -Ana (Anna?), Ray, Karina at the main buffet -Yokeivi at one of the a-la-carte restaurants -Julita serving drinks in lobby area -Yulisa the housekeeper on the 3rd floor of building 21 -Eylin at the spa, providing a very relaxing massage. I suggest that printing on the name tags be clearly visible so that more staff can be commended. Lobby entertainment was nice to have, and although I just went to the Michael Jackson show in the evening, it was really well done. The entertainment staff works really hard both day & evening. Lots of fun for kids too! All in all, I would definitely recommend this resort!

Great Staff!!
Nice resort, one of the best things about the resort is the people. At the buffet restaurant Angel Osolia was amazing every morning he and the restaurant staff were very helpful and polite. At the main pool area Leandro (bar tender) made great drinks and aways with a great smile and attitude. My family enjoyed all that the resort has to offer. We definitely recommend.

perfect vacation
The hotel was fantastic, the beach was beautiful. The room was large and the beds were good. The food was good and there was plenty of it. The staff were nice and helpful and did everything to make our holiday as comfortable as possible. All in all a perfect holiday and we would love to return.
