Anyone wanting a great vacation. Come here. The renovation are nearly complete and what we've seen and been able to enjoy have proven to be worth the wait. Absolutely gorgeous. We are currently here as a group of 10 and enjoying our selves immensely. I can't say enough great things about the staff. Our Concierge Jose Francisco is amazing. He is pleasant and informative. He highly recommend the Peruvian restraunt and WOW!!! Our meal was amazing. From the wait staff to the meal itself, all amazing. You have to try the potato bombs. So many people I want to mention and once our holiday is done I will be sure to mention them all, but one man stands out from the rest that deservesto be mentioned, Angel. Angel is a cart driver with the ULC, but he's much more thana cart driver. This man goes above and beyond to make every guest he crosses path to have an even better experience. He is one of many staff that we love to see when we come on holidays here. I highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our trip and all the activites. The beach was really great for lounging around and great to have food throughout the resort! We did a really great bike tour with Cecilio and great conversation and shuttle rides with Miguel and Darinel! Had a great time at the resort!!

Enjoyable stay
We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Sirenis. Overall the staff was kind and attentive. Special shout out to Cecilio, for being an entertaining and informative bike tour guide. We laughed and learned a lot about the area. Miguel, for his friendly and helpful shuttle service getting us where we needed to go. Gigi, for stepping in to lead a pilates class when yoga was cancelled last minute. It was a great way to start the day! It was also cool to see the wildlife around the resort!

Yordy, Great bartender
Yordy was of great service, had good conversations with and overall great bartender. Served excellent drinks and exceeded expectations, very nice guy and very easy to talk to, could not ask for a better bartender here in grande sirenis maya

Paradise on earth
Loved the beds, service, food and view. Gorgeous rooms, every day a new towel figure is placed. My kiddos loved the service the hotel staff provided and the kids club. They always had fun going to the lazy river and eat with their teachers/nannies. There are many activities for kids and adults as well. My husband got hydrotherapy for both of us.
