The resort is beautiful! The workers are very friendly. The service is fantastic!! Everyone goes out of their way to accommodate you and make your stay fantastic! I especially enjoyed going to the coffee shop each evening after dinner to get my latte from Isabel Salcedo. She is a fantastic barista!

Good waiter
The guy who served us(daniel)at the Mexican restaurant was super nice and fast on his feet definitely recommend him as your waiter he was funny and sweet and made sure we were having a good time definitely a good guy to have as your waiter for when you come here

The best part about this hotel is the incredible staff! Every single worker was so friendly, and I absolutely loved chatting with them throughout my stay. A special shoutout to Cesar, Filiberto, Roberto, Misael, Veronica, Michelle, Tomas, Jose, and Manuel at the Black Sheep Bar—they truly made my stay unforgettable. Their kindness and jokes made me feel right at home. I love them all!! I came every night to say hi to everyone and enjoyed telling stories! But that’s not it! The staff at the main lobby bar were so friendly too! Carlos, William, Liliana, Martin, Karla, Carlos, Angel. They all made my nights memorable and happy. Everyone was so entertaining and amazing. I laughed a lot with everyone and was having a good time. Meeting Sonia , Cristal and Alberto at the sambay lobby bar was great! They are nice people and they make sure everything’s okay. Martin and Carla made me some delicious latte in the morning with cute drawings! I spoke Spanish with them and all of them helped me practice my Spanish. All staff members made sure that I didn’t need anything else ! I’ll definitely come back just for the amazing people who work here! I will miss all of them too! Hope I can meet them again soon!

The best hotel
My husband and I vacationed here in January 2025. In terms of price/quality ratio, the GRAND SIRENIS RIVIERA MAYA hotel is the best, in our opinion, among 4.5* - 5* hotels in Mexico, the Dominican Republic and Cuba. That's why we came here for the 4th time. We like everything here: well-kept territory with beautiful swimming pools, spacious and clean rooms, delicious and varied food not only in restaurants but also in the buffet, a white sand beach and a warm sea. It is impossible not to mention the friendly attitude of the staff at any level. I also want to note that compared to December 2023 (we were here the penultimate time), a new and spacious coffee bar, a sports bar have appeared, the hotel lobby has become more modern. We left with a dream of coming back here again. Lina, Igor.

A wonderful holiday
The resort is beautiful and the staff are wonderful. Pools and beaches always had lots of lounge chairs available and the food was fabulous. Special shout out to Joe. Kali, Alex and Ricki at the member beach club, Monika at the mail buffet, Veronica at the sports bar and Elias at the Tex Mex restaurant. The nightly shows were fun and well done, thank you to all the staff for making this place great and our holiday wonderful.
