Apr 02, 2025Lovely all inclusive hotel. Fantastic staff.
Lovely hotel. All staff were helpful, cheery, polite and attentive. Pool bar guys work so hard all day, credit to them all. Restaurants were good, some better than others. Loved the Alma seafood restaurant. Catch of the day was superb. Thank you to Eilos our waiter for the food recommendation and the chef for producing a delicious gluten free meal and dessert. Beach has quiet areas and a welcome breeze. Some of the beds could do with updating, but plenty to choose from, never crowded. Rooms - we were in block 12, newly updated but still needs some work. Air conditioning does not work properly and it gets hot in the night but we coped. Loved seeing the wildlife, monkeys, iguanas, coaties. Thankfully never saw a tarantula or snake. Overall highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel, great staff and facilities, delicious choice and taste of food, would highly recommend and be back.
As me and my wife had never travelled to Mexico we were a little anxious on where to stay in the Cancun area, as many parts can be very busy and not much privacy on beaches etc... After much research we found this hotel and watched lots of TikTok videos, Instagram's and read a lot of reviews. It ticked all the boxes, with lots of extras. The outside entrance feels like you have come to a very nice place, then you go down a short road to be presented with an outstanding bit of architecture, nothing that we have seen before, the entrance and lobby is huge and this echos beautifully around the very large hotel complex, with lush tropical gardens, pathways that wind in and out of restaurants, bars, pools and eventually to an outstanding private beach area that boasts a lazy river, beach BBQ hut beautiful sceneries. There is ample space around the resort without any area feeling over-crowded. Walking round the grounds we were greeted by monkeys, iguanas, birds, squirrels and many other tropical animals which are a welcome sight. The food and drinks were freshly prepared daily with a wide choice of cold and hold buffet together with many smaller cafes, ice cream bars and a sports bar - you will be spoilt for choice! The staff in the hotel were friendly and always helpful and were were always greeted with a smile when passing any staff throughout the hotel. We discovered the Mixology bar half way through our stay and were very impressed by this. The staff were very knowledgeable about all the drinks they were making and their showmanship was amazing! In particular we would like to thanks Manuel, Freddy, Angel, William, Himenis and Carlos at this bar who kept us entertained. We also regularly visited the Sweet and Salt bar in which we had great service, Ricardo was very helpful with any of our requests. The themed restaurants were all amazing and the shows each night were also brilliant, you could see how much practice and effort had been put into each show. The room was also very spacious and clean, the jacuzzi bath was also a lovely addition to the room.

This is a massive place.food was very good and the pools lovely also the lazy river good to do. The bar staff in the lobby area Martin,Karlita,jessica we cannot fault them ! So friendly and always had a smile and a chat with us hard working and made amazing cocktails! This hotel is very pretty outside with tropical trees and great restaurants .plenty of sun lounges as well. However...do not book this hotel if you are looking for a lovely beach!! Very small not clean ,seaweed was just left and was not cleared away (so hard to walk into the sea)and the beds are in need of being replaced! (Damage or broken)We have stayed in 2 other places in Mexico and the beeches were a 10 out of 10! This is more like a 2 out of 10! Also our room.. dated! Jacuzzi bath was not working brown water ran out of the holes when we ran the taps. Light in bathroom was constantly flashing and we had notified the staff more than once! The day before we left we were disgusted and horrified at the state of the soiled stained mattress!! Had we seen this beforehand we would of complained far earlier,there was also a massive stain on the headboard ! Also the pools had a lot of missing tiles from the floor so you stubbed your feet while walking in the pool. The wooden bridge over the pool was falling apart and have say it needs replacing as quite dangerous. The sliding door on to our balcony the glass was so bad with condensation inside the window and these looked like they needed replacing and also had missing tiles. It seemed to us that this Hotel is trying to push customers to view their new complex just along the beach and to get customers Not to use Tui !! This was rather annoying and other people we spoke to also said this.(they should be spending money repairing this hotel) I would definitely not class this as a 5 star hotel.

Ramon in the dinner buffet is such a wonderful person. So very attentive to all your needs. The resort itself has done everything they can to address any issues that have come up. We are always greeted with a smile and Hola from all the staff. This is our second time here and will return again.

It was like a fever dream
We had no idea what to expect from this restaurant but knew it must be good as it was booked for the entire week, but the concierge Isis managed to get us in, and were we ever glad she did! The entertainment was top notch. Chefs Martin and Mena made wonderful dishes with exciting presentations, and our waiter Mario took care of our every need making sure we weren't left needing anything. It was absolutely the best dining experience of the week.
