  Amazing and Beautiful

  This place is so beautiful with excellent service. We had the best time and every move was anticipated and thought of by the staff. If you are thinking of going please do. You will not be disappointed. We went for a girls trip and had a great time. The food is delicious

  The highest end all inclusive one can find in Mexico

  Pros: gorgeous property, beautiful rooms, excellent housekeeping, service at the highest level, heated pools with beautiful setting at adults pool, great pool service and food at the pool, attentive room concierge who checked in with us regularly. The New Year’s Eve party alone made our vacation worthwhile. The band was THAT good. Overall food was good, bars nice, not a lot of fault as one could tell from the praise in other reviews. Cons: just make sure an all inclusive is right for you. At least at Xmas, you are paying a very high premium for the all inclusive. Make sure it’s really what you need. I think it’s great when you have a big group and don’t want to split bills all the time. Or if you are going to use the kids clubs. Or take advantage of activities like cooking class, art projects etc. But in our case, I have picky eaters, we don’t drink enough, my kids are young adults who just wanted to hang at the pool, and it was just the 4 of us in our family. We probably would have gotten better value out of staying somewhere we only paid for what we actually consumed. None of this is the fault of the hotel, it’s really just weighing the benefits of an all inclusive vs a la carte stay. I’ve also heard that unless you are there at Xmas, not everything is open all the other times of year. But if an all inclusive does work for your family, there is no better choice in Mexico than the Grand Velas.

  Terrific experience!

  We had an incredible time at Grand Velas! From the moment we arrived, Abdias made sure every detail was perfect for us! He was so helpful in booking all our dinner reservations and making any changes throughout the week that we asked for. He was prompt, polite, and warm, always with a smile on his face. The food and drink was delicious everywhere at the resort, and the view was incredible. Everything was so clean and fresh. We would absolutely return!

  Best Luxury 5 Star Family Hotel in Cabo hands down!

  Just got back from a long weekend getaway with my family and this was hands down the best hotel in Cabo! We have stayed at Montage, Four Seasons, One and Only- and this was the best! It had the perfect blend of luxury and family friendly and the fact it was all inclusive made it that much better and really a value compared to these other 5 star hotels. The highlight was the complimentary kids club from 9am to 11pm!!! My 4 years old just had the most amazing time. Alejandra and Yeni were amazing! Teen Club was amazing for my 10 and 12 year old and is open till 11 with video games, pool, movies, food, music and activities. There is also an amazing kids/toddler pool/solashpad and even a jungle gym which is a rarity. The family pool had volleyball, great music and poolside service. We had our own concierge, Marianna, who was amazing and catered to our every need from dinner reservations to off site activities. She even went to Costco to get my son socks and boxers when he forgot his! The rooms are all HUGE with very large balconies overlooking the gorgeous ocean. All the restaurants and service on site were amazing. The Spa is also really special and unique. The water experience was really cool and something worth doing that we haven’t done before and the massage was spectacular. Hotel was beyond clean and manicured. All around perfection!

  Fantastic resort!! Would definitely recommend and go again!

  Our family (7 adults, 2 teens, 2 toddlers) stayed for 5 days at Grand Velas Cabo. It was quite literally a perfect experience for us. We had 5 rooms there - each one had a spectacular view of the sunrise each morning. The resort is beautiful. Luxurious but at the same time very relaxed and laid back. The infinity pools are warm and beautiful, the kids area was perfect for our toddlers. The suites are gorgeous and extremely spacious. Ana, the concierge who helped us, made sure every detail of our stay was ideal. Our kids who have a two and four year old had a really nice crib and a bed for them. Ana coordinated our dinners and excursions as well as spa appointments, photographer (the photos are really beautiful) and car service. Every morning she sent all of us an email with information about our day ahead. She was so nice and responsive and really helped make our vacation extraordinary. Our family is full of Philadelphia Eagles fans and when I asked if there was somewhere we could watch the playoff game Ana set up the sports bar area so we could watch. She and her team put up some balloons and letters spelling our name. It was a really special afternoon and she really went above and beyond to help us enjoy the game. Restaurants are all delicious and the service was terrific. Every meal was awesome and every single person we met was so nice and helpful. We ate family style because there were a lot of us and so we were lucky enough to try lots of the menu options - they did not disappoint. They were really nice restaurants but also comfortable for our family with kids. Spa experience was one of the best ever. Kristina was the massage therapist who I had but all of the adults in our group had massages and everyone loved them and really really enjoyed the Water Ceremony. All in all it was a really great experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to go to an all-inclusive resort. I wish I knew the names of all the team who we worked with because I’d like to mention them all!
