    Best experience a hotel guest could ever enjoy.

    This is by far the most amazing Resort I've ever visited. Aside from the idilic location and accommodations, the staff was courteous and attentive to every single need I had. Especially our concierge Ana, keeping up with all our requests. The spa was an incredible experience, everyone there was amazing, Adan Vazques was really helpful and so were the rest of the staff. Our suite was impeccable when we arrived and after every cleaning service through the day. The food was amazing, especially the buffet at Azul. Needless to say I'll return as soon as l have another chance, every single thing about this hotel is simply AMAZING!

    Best kids club

    Best hotel in Los Cabos with family! Best kids club!!! Will definitely come back! They have the best food with the Mechilin Restaurant！ people are nice and my kid love their kids club, they love to stay there whole day! Only thing is allotted noise from the highway.

    I love the experience at the Michelin star restaurant. The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful.

    The resort was phenomenal along with the service. Our Butler was amazing. The food was delicious and the rooms were beautiful and smelled so good when you walked in. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. We’ll definitely love to go back next year.

    Amazing work vacation! Great friends, family and service from the whole staff!

    What an amazing resort! The service and ambiance of this place is amazing!!! Our butler, Joshue, was absolutely the best! Very attentive to all our needs and just so friendly and nice! Food and drink was amazing as well! Overall what an amazing experience!

    Wonderful experience!

    We had an incredible time here at the Grand Velas last week. From the welcome drink, resort tour and tequila shots in the room. Josue our concierge was wonderful and attentive. The property is beautiful. Smaller than the Ziva where we stayed last year but more Boujee. The food was EXCELLENT. Best part of the trip IMO. The breakfast and lunch buffet at Azul is unforgettable. The pool was beautiful and service was great. I loved the turn down service and they even gave our baby a sweet gift at our departure. We also used the babysitter to be in our room with the baby sleeping while we went to dinner which was incredible. The steakhouse was also amazing and highly recommended.
