  Beautiful resort

  So beautiful and quiet, great for relaxing read your book and a good restart. everyone is extremely nice and friendly! We saw whales almost every morning for breakfast it was a great experience 🐋 restaurant choices here are also diverse and very good

  Book Grand Velas Los Cabos - You're welcome in advance

  I think what sets this resort apart (as we're seemingly resort people at this stage in our life) is the service. This is the second time we've been here. We loved it so much last year we booked again and brought our friends and had an equally excellent time. This time we had Christian García as a concierge who bent over backwards to make sure everything was booked for us and that we had what we needed. We each had a massage with the water ritual and it was the most relaxing experience in my life to date. We had fantastic dinners at Velas 10, Cocina de Autor, Lucca and Sin Lin. We were knocked off our feet even at the breakfast buffet... where we sat and watched whales play in the mornings while eating a made to order omelette. Anyway, splurge on this trip. Take the vacation. And understand that they will take care of you in any way they can the entire time. The kids club is also fantastic and we special request Karina for babysitting while we had adult dinners. She is an angel and made us feel so safe and happy that our kiddo continued to play and learn while we had date nights.

  Amazing and Beautiful

  This place is so beautiful with excellent service. We had the best time and every move was anticipated and thought of by the staff. If you are thinking of going please do. You will not be disappointed. We went for a girls trip and had a great time. The food is delicious

  The highest end all inclusive one can find in Mexico

  Pros: gorgeous property, beautiful rooms, excellent housekeeping, service at the highest level, heated pools with beautiful setting at adults pool, great pool service and food at the pool, attentive room concierge who checked in with us regularly. The New Year’s Eve party alone made our vacation worthwhile. The band was THAT good. Overall food was good, bars nice, not a lot of fault as one could tell from the praise in other reviews. Cons: just make sure an all inclusive is right for you. At least at Xmas, you are paying a very high premium for the all inclusive. Make sure it’s really what you need. I think it’s great when you have a big group and don’t want to split bills all the time. Or if you are going to use the kids clubs. Or take advantage of activities like cooking class, art projects etc. But in our case, I have picky eaters, we don’t drink enough, my kids are young adults who just wanted to hang at the pool, and it was just the 4 of us in our family. We probably would have gotten better value out of staying somewhere we only paid for what we actually consumed. None of this is the fault of the hotel, it’s really just weighing the benefits of an all inclusive vs a la carte stay. I’ve also heard that unless you are there at Xmas, not everything is open all the other times of year. But if an all inclusive does work for your family, there is no better choice in Mexico than the Grand Velas.

  Terrific experience!

  We had an incredible time at Grand Velas! From the moment we arrived, Abdias made sure every detail was perfect for us! He was so helpful in booking all our dinner reservations and making any changes throughout the week that we asked for. He was prompt, polite, and warm, always with a smile on his face. The food and drink was delicious everywhere at the resort, and the view was incredible. Everything was so clean and fresh. We would absolutely return!
