This is our third time at a grand velas resort and our second time at the Cabo location. It’s exceeds expectations every time for the whole family. Josué was our concierge and he is responsive and attentive helping us schedule our days and plan activities. The ladies at the kids club and the babysitters for the youngers are so sweet and friendly and fun. Itzel, Alejandra, Dani, Karla , Clara are amazing with all the kids. We had two girls 10 and 9 and a 4 year old boy and then a sitter for the 2 year old boy who participated with him in all the activities from pool games to arts and crafts and dancing and the bungee trampoline. The food had so much variety and is so fresh at the buffet, each restaurant and at the pool. The desserts are beautiful but all lack flavor and perhaps they can use some better recipes to add flavor to each, even the simple cookies. So I stayed off the dessert, not a bad thing! The grounds are well kept, the pools are gorgeous, all staff provides friendly service. We can’t wait to return!

Thankful for how she accommodated our requests and anticipated our needs. Very pleased with the entire experience and the high level of professionalism from the entire staff. Amazing for family, foodies and drink lovers
Great all inclusive resort. Amazing restaurants and bars. Koi bar was a stand out. Great drinks and great hospitality, specifically Ericson who made us amazing fresh drinks every time we dropped by with a sprinkle of good conversation and those tasty homemade chips

An amazing resort, with attention to detail on every thing you can think of. Great food, great service and best of all go talk to Ericson at the bar (Koi) he will do everything he can think of to make you a drink you like, amazing conversation with him too!

We are going back, ASAP
At every turn this resort was 5 star. Every single person working here was kind and helpful. Our personal concierge, Christian, was fantastic and available to message at any time if we needed anything or wanted to set up any onsite or offsite activities. There was a dinner restaurant for every day of the week which kept the experience fresh each day, the chef at Sen Lin came out to personally assist with a food restriction; Salvator at Lucca, made dining experience 5 star; The Sommelier at Velas 10 took the time to give us some great local recommendations; Frida, Cocina de Artor, Loto, it was all just incredible. The breakfast and lunch buffet, Azul, was the constant, but they still kept the food options a bit different each day. While Azul is a self serve buffet, there was still servers for tables to assist in any way, all of which were extremely kind and helpful, Maria Beltran, was a stand out there. Pool service at the adult only pool, kids are great and all but not on my vacation, and I wasn’t bothered. The spa was a tranquil get away from an already incredible get away. You will want to live here full time. The wales and jumping stingrays in the distance were fascinating. There was a wedding party during our visit, and we would have hardly known as it didn’t impede in our experience at all. Splitting hairs, the only real critique I would have is the wash off area from the beach could use a little improvement.
