London Eye View
Great hotel in a lovely location. We had a room with a view of the London Eye which was excellent. Staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. Unfortunately the Sky Bar is under refurbishment so we were unable to use this. Room spacious with double shower and two sinks. Welcome amenities fantastic.

Amazing Hotel for a the bester London trip !
amazing hotel! very well located right next to the metro ideal for your visits. All the hotel staff take great care! The restaurant is excellent, as is the bar, ideally cozy after a long day of walking. A big thank you especially to Marmoud Valentina and Kuti. Highly recommended hotel for a great stay!

Relatively Quiet Location, within Walking Distance of Waterloo Bridge and Train Station
The GOOD... STAFF... Friendly and accommodating. The RESTAURANT... Breakfast is plentiful in quantity and variety, with options including a full English breakfast, cereals, vegetarian, vegan, pancakes, fruit and so on. Small bar on the ground floor. The ROOM... Clean. The bed was comfortable, (however see bad points). Mini bar fridge. Safe. Television with local channels. Air conditioning. Iron and ironing board, shoe shining kit, hair dryer. En-suite with bath, shower, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, complementary tooth brushes, comb, shower cap. LOCATION... 10 minute walk from the London Eye - 15 minute walk to Waterloo Bridge. All the main London attractions are the other side of Waterloo Bridge, which you can to feom London Waterloo underground (10 minute walk) or jump on one of the hop on - hop off tour busses that depart from near to the London Eye. Plenty of bars and restaurants either end of Waterloo Bridge, with several theatres at the furthest end of the bridge. THE BAD... The ROOF TOP BAR..., which promises excellent views of the London Eye, Houses of Parliament (Big Ben), the City of London etc was closed for refurbishment during our visit but it opens again in March 2025. No doubt this will be an excellent asset when it reopens. The ROOM... Rather smaller than expected. The double room we stayed in consisted of two single beds pushed together, which at one point separated whilst my wife and I were cuddling up. The beds separated and she got wedged between the two beds. Fortunately, she's small, and I'm strong enough to yank her up from between the beds. Funny at the time but inconvenient, and may have been more of a problem for a more elderly couple. The EN-SUITE... All good, apart from the toilet, which I found the aperture to be too small for a man who needs a number one and a number two whilst seated. The UGLY (okay things)... LOCATION... With all of the main attractions north of the River Thames, we had to go over Waterloo Bridge to get to anything of real interest, apart from the London Eye. TOP TIPS... As mentioned, there are many companies providing hop on - hop off tour buses, which can be boarded on York Road, close to the London Eye. However these tours are rather expensive and a slower means to get to the attractions you're interested in, than the underground. However, if you decide to use the tour bus, the ticket lasts for 24 hours. Tower of London is a great idea, if you're looking for ideas. I would recommend a Beefeater guided tour, at no extra cost. Tired feet? There are several theatres at the north side of Waterloo Bridge. If you walk to the London Eye, be sure to go via Leake Street's 300 metre long Graffiti Tunnel, where you will see some excellent artwork and artists doing their thing. At night, it may look off-putting but it is safe and the artwork looks even better at night.

FANTASTIC HOTEL
Booked this hotel for my son who was doing a nearby course and he LOVED it. The hotel were so hospitable to him from giving him a beautiful room with views across London to two complimentary cocktails, he was over the moon and said the Old Fashioned they made him was incredible. Highly recommend booking directly with them. The breakfast was excellent in terms of variety and quality and my son started his morning off perfectly. Great location for being near Waterloo, 10 mins away. Thank you so much to H10 for being such wonderful hosts and will definitely be staying here again.
