A great and attractive hotel!
After staying at many hotels throughout Europe, this particular H10 hotel is one of my favorite. The hotel is centrally located and is near the metro and shopping. The common areas of the hotel is very clean, as well as my room! The lobby and bar is beautifully decorated, and the staff is very friendly especially front desk Mara who has been super welcoming! In fact, this is my second visit to this H10 in 2 years! Haha

Nice place near the center of Madrid
Great location, cozy bar and good quality breakfast buffet. Only one small nit: our room had very little horizontal space for laying out belongings. An extra shelf or larger desk would've been helpful. Otherwise, very nice place to stay close to the action. And there was A LOT of activity in the area over the Spanish Constitution Day weekend.

A chic choice in the heart of the town
We chose it because of the excellent position and the interesting architectural design. After a long day out for museums and tours, two evenings we were so tired that we decided to have dinner in their bar. We would have loved having more choices but the quality was good. They offered us a welcome drink at the check in and a cocktail one night. The breakfast is full of Spanish and international choices even for vegan or celiac. A positive experience. We were happy of having booked the 2 room suite not facing the Gran Via and we had a very good sleep with 3 types of pillows.

Highly Recommend
Excellent Stay! Stayed here for 2 nights in November. The hotel is clean, quiet, in a great location and very comfortable. The breakfast was the best we had during our week in Spain and offered a lot of choices. I took the breakfast included package so I don't know what the cost would be but the buffet was a perfect selection. The room was a comfortable size by US standards, and had nice amenities. The lobby was super comfortable and included a bar where you could order meals, drinks, tea, coffee etc. They also have an old fashioned caged elevator which is really charming. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I can recommend this hotel with no reservations (yes that's a pun).

Stay and enjoy great Spanish chocolate for breakfast!
There are a lot of great things about the Villa de la Reina: For starters, it has the best complimentary welcome chocolates I've ever tasted. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The front desk staff is very helpful and very well informed. The hotel is also right at the center of Madrid's shopping and dining scene. But if I had to single out one thing that's so great about this hotel, they serve authentic Spanish chocolate and churros for breakfast! This hotel is the only hotel that I have stayed in Spain that has a dedicated machine to serve hot Spanish chocolate that taste absolutely 10 out 10!
