Superb staff make this hotel our first choice in Madrid.
The hotel staff employed by H10 Villa de la Reina is superb. The front desk staff couldn’t have been more helpful, from dealing with our early arrival, providing directions and offering advice. Mara, in particular, deserves special credit for her warmth, energy and effusive personality. Her colleagues are just accommodating. The lobby bar staff was just as hospitable. Juan and Roberto and the others were equally attentive. The rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was good, and service there was excellent. With its central location, this is one of the better hotels in Madrid.

Great option in Madrid!
This hotel is a great option in Madrid! The lobby is really nice and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room was gorgeous and has a huge patio! The location is perfect for first-timers to Madrid, right on Gran Vía and walking distance to all the tourist attractions. It’s right next to Chueca, which is really nice too. I’d definitely recommend!

Lovely hotel and amazing location
Stayed here with my two teenage boys. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite which was so spacious! The clarity the jacuzzi is more of an outdoor bathtub that you drain and refill each time. It was awesome at night for me to relax! Loved the location! Only issue was the room was really warm. All of the rooms we stayed in during February in Spain were warm so maybe just not what we are used to. They did work to get it cool for us. Highly recommend this hotel.

A wonderful gem in the centre of Madrid with fantastic staff
We booked a BA holiday and we're looking for a central hotel. Based on the good reviews, we booked a night in this hotel. From the welcome drink and helpful advice on the best places to see from the receptionist, Victoria to the beautiful, quiet room with the comfiest beds, we loved our stay. Staff were all friendly and professional and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is very well appointed and a short distance from all of the tourist spots. Would definitely recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone staying in Madrid.

A Boutique Hotel That Misses the Mark
I have stayed in other H10 hotels, but unfortunately despite this being advertised as a 4 star boutique hotel, I found it disappointing considering the cost. Despite booking a double room, I found a twin room with 2 single beds pushed together. This affected my sleep. Also, the coffee machine wasn't working and after investigation it seemed to be an electric socket issue. I also had to request body cream as it was empty. One of the lifts was also unreliable as required guests to fully close the doors to ensure it worked properly. Unfortunately there were a couple of times it was out of service. The breakfast offering was standard, but disappointing they didn't offer fresh coffee and only from a machine. Location, off Gran Via, is excellent for shopping and tourism.
