A wonderful gem in the centre of Madrid with fantastic staff
We booked a BA holiday and we're looking for a central hotel. Based on the good reviews, we booked a night in this hotel. From the welcome drink and helpful advice on the best places to see from the receptionist, Victoria to the beautiful, quiet room with the comfiest beds, we loved our stay. Staff were all friendly and professional and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is very well appointed and a short distance from all of the tourist spots. Would definitely recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone staying in Madrid.

A Boutique Hotel That Misses the Mark
I have stayed in other H10 hotels, but unfortunately despite this being advertised as a 4 star boutique hotel, I found it disappointing considering the cost. Despite booking a double room, I found a twin room with 2 single beds pushed together. This affected my sleep. Also, the coffee machine wasn't working and after investigation it seemed to be an electric socket issue. I also had to request body cream as it was empty. One of the lifts was also unreliable as required guests to fully close the doors to ensure it worked properly. Unfortunately there were a couple of times it was out of service. The breakfast offering was standard, but disappointing they didn't offer fresh coffee and only from a machine. Location, off Gran Via, is excellent for shopping and tourism.

Wonderful hotel
Wonderful hotel in very central position; service kind and accurate. A bottle of cava offered for my wife's birthday. The breakfast was very rich and fresh. Situated in the Gran Via, few meters from the Metro. One of the best hotels I ever visited.

Happy customers.
Good location right in the centre of Madrid. The staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. We found this to be a cosy hotel with a nice atmosphere. The breakfast choices were good with a nice selection that should suit every taste and requirement.

A great and attractive hotel!
After staying at many hotels throughout Europe, this particular H10 hotel is one of my favorite. The hotel is centrally located and is near the metro and shopping. The common areas of the hotel is very clean, as well as my room! The lobby and bar is beautifully decorated, and the staff is very friendly especially front desk Mara who has been super welcoming! In fact, this is my second visit to this H10 in 2 years! Haha
