Marco and Luis at El Patio by the pool were the best! Their customer service and friendliness made our entire stay! Hotel is also in a gorgeous location too! Lots of amenities including pickle ball and a nice spa. My entire family had a good time. There was some construction outside of our room, but no noise started until around 9.

Million Dollar Views
If you are looking for stunning views from every part of the resort, Hacienda Encantada is the place for you! We loved our stay, including the beautiful sunsets and the gorgeous spa facilities. The only thing the resort doesn't have that we usually like is a swimmable sandy beach. However, the infinity pools were lovely with gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean and the frolicking whales!

Great week away to relax
This resort was incredible. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food was good and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Free shuttles can take you to the downtown area for dinner, tours or nightlife. We chose to stay on the resort for most of the week. We appreciated the low key vibe.

Average stay. Nothing too good or too bad. The first server wr had sucked and front desk staff were not nice. Just find through the motions.

Perfect Stay at Hacienda Encatada!!
Marco was an amazing server. He was very attentive and took great care of our group! He bought us an extra shot for our Miami Vice cocktails! I look forward to seeing him at our next stay! Ingrid and Omar were also awesome! I highly recommend Hacienda Encatada for anyone looking for a memorable place to stay in Cabo!
